This is my second time dining at La Gratella and I am very pleased with their consistency. My family and my kids had a great time and enjoyed all their food. Their pizza style is different but good very cheesy not much tomato sauce and very thin dough. Delma our server was super nice to my kids and made us feel very welcomed.

Horrible service. Had to walk a block to track down driver that doesn’t speak English that when he called hung up on me. For the resturant to call and the girl think this is funny and says he understands some English. NO he doesn’t., He is standing outside his car at the wrong address with my order. She is giggling on the phone thinking this is funny. Sorry I’m not amused, doesn’t say anything like im sorry for the inconvenience or offering anything. I dont know if the food is good or not, but will never order from here again due to the poor customer service.

I can’t recommend La Gratella enough!
They’re a family favorite in my house, we’ve ordered take out, dined in, and never have we been disappointed with anything we’ve ordered. Their salads, entrees, and pizzas don’t disappoint!
We recently used them to cater a party for my daughter’s first birthday, which was roughly 80 people. They came and set up, and made sure it all got there smoothly. Our guests were obsessed with the food, everyone raved!
We highly recommend them, can’t wait to go back for dinner, and use them for catering again in the future!!

I stopped in late last week when they were clearly cleaning up for the night. I asked if it was still okay for me to place an order and they were so kind and didn’t make me feel like I was a bother!
They made my order & even opened the pizza box to make sure I was happy with the done-ness of it since I requested well done.

Unfortunately the food is terrible their is no real chicken it’s like all fake frozen chicken I payed $70 since it was snowing and the delivery guy was super rude but I hope you enjoy that $20 tip horrible food will never order again omg !

I have ordered from this restaurant multiple times. I have never had an issue prior to tonight. This is the bottom of a calzone I ordered. It was completely charred. The top was slightly burnt as well. When I cut into it to take my first bite all I could taste was burnt crust. It was inedible. This should never have left the restaurant. I ordered it for delivery. I’m not sure what happened but I’m not the only person who has received burnt food. Look at the other reviews. Their quality control needs to be adjusted. I spent almost $25 for delivery and the main entree was inedible. I will definitely reconsider ordering from them again
