There are so many water bugs you cant even open the door at this location. Ive never seen such a disgusting environment. I was always ordering but i decoded to pick it up and was so disgusted. Very nasty female manager as well. No one ever wear gloves. So unprofessional!!!wouldnt recommend anyone to go to this rocky mount location.

management sucks & will hang up on you (especially since the order was wrong and nothing done to fix it)
a YEAR later, given another chance, and service still sucks. order incorrect and nothing done to fix it. wrong pizzas and some funky looking breadsticks with burnt ends, the scraps basically. called and dealt with a very nasty rude manager as the other reviews say. don’t recommend

Hadn’t been in awhile and now I remember why. Had to wait FOREVER for our order and the food sucked. Boneless wings are nasty and not worth the money. Definitely back on our do not order list again

Wings were good, Oreo bites were chewy and sweet but not too sweet. Ordered the Cool Ranch Papadia but there wasn’t much cool ranch flavor and the Papadia needed to be a bit more cohesive and together. Papa John’s is pricey and deals aren’t as good of deals at times so when everything doesn’t shake out well, it disappoints.

30 min delivery and friendly driver is the only positive I ordered half cheese half pepperoni and bacon and look at pics to see what was delivered. Charged full price and have to eat… We are hungry so sad…..

For starters, I placed my order over the phone. I was greeted by Papa John’s call center by a sweet woman who had a very broken English accent. (Yes they use a call center instead of just answering at the store) After a long process of repeating myself, asking her to repeat herself, & denying offers to buy more items my order was finally placed & I was whisked away to their automated payment system. After repeating my card number over, I paid & the 11 minute call was over. Expected delivery time was between 7:37 & 7:47, about 30 minutes after I placed the order. Over an hour later I get a call from the front desk of my hotel asking me to come grab my food. After paying a good tip, & waiting for over an hour I couldn’t even get my pizza brought to my room. Finally eating my pizza & it isn’t even all that good. Worst experience ordering pizza I’ve ever had. I’m appalled.

Ordered via 3rd party. Called to the store to ask for it to be corrected, got hung up on while on hold. Called back put immediately on hold and then when I told them we don’t eat pork and they made the pizza incorrectly, I was told to contact the 3rd party. I told them the obvious that’s 3rd party delivers not make the pizza, I was hung up on again. $78 was spent on this order.

We ordered delivery. My cheese pizza had burned crust. It looked like cheese on a burned cracker. We also ordered the pull apart dessert, the whole top was burned.
I have worked in the food service. I know those items had to go past a lot of eyes before it went out the door. So with that said why did it make it out the door like that? Eating out these days costs too much to get your food and have to just trash it.
