I create a pick up order from the app, i get asked when i arrive, i also pay for a donut… apparently “we don’t have donuts “ if i make an order on the app is to save time (pick up & go) not start to make it when i get there. There’s always something with Dunkin’ Donuts, they never have an issue charging your card though

Service is good and quick. They’re polite to customers and are good about keeping the outside area as free as possible of stragglers. I usually order in advance when time is tight and it is ready by the time I get there. I am able to do work here sometimes while I wait for my job to open (I try to not stay for too long).

I always try to give second and even third chances, but the service at this location has been very inconsistent. The young lady working as a barista is often unpleasant when interacting with customers. They don’t seem to follow specific requests and just prepare orders the standard way regardless of what’s asked. Unfortunately, the management doesn’t make the experience any better. At this point, I’ve pretty much given up on trying with this location.

The origina coffee from Dunkin’ Donuts is the best. It looks like they made it fresh.
It was a bit crowded because of the good service.

This dunkin location is super convenient and the younger employees are polite and helpful. However, there’s this older, short dark haired employee who is NASTY. She yells out orders and if you’re too slow for her liking she sucks her teeth, complains about you within your earshot and slams your order on the counter. She really needs to leave the store because she is a miserable piece of work.

I came here for food a few times when I work in the area. The food has been mediocre (regular Dunkin’ Donuts food). However, today I experienced something so disgusting and I will never be going back to this location. There was a piece of tissue or bald paper towel in my snack and bacon, along with a piece of lint or thread. Unbelievable. I would’ve taken a picture, but I work on the trains and I had to hurry up to make an interval. I ended up throwing away most of my food once I discovered that (I had already eaten some of it prior to the discovery). This place will never be getting my money again.

Been coming here for a while… This is where I go to get my morning cup of Joe, but today will be the last time I come here, you have young workers particularly the female workers one is large. The other ones are small, but they all have the same attitude, nonchalant no care in the world. As if you’re bothering them, 0 customer service skills zero Communication skills they literally gossip right in front of you about customers, The stuff they do is beyond rude.. these workers are grown adults, acting like adolescent children… I literally go in and say good morning smile and they look at me like they don’t know English! literally always ignore my good mornings to just stare at me! and ask me what do I want?, that’s not something that I want to encounter as soon as I wake up. Especially if I’m paying, I was gonna make a scene in person but I rather just leave and never come back if you’re miserable in customer service get a new job

I literally used Uber eats for my late brunch. I order 2 hasbrowns, 2 drinks, coffee roll, 1 wrap, and and croissants stuffer. The only thing they got right was drinks. Freaking ridiculous. The last time I’m ordering from yall.

Never liked this location and now years later, the seating has been removed and I ordered a muffin warmed up and hash browns, no hash browns available on a Monday. That tells me they dont get much business or have an irresponsible manager because they are always out of basic food options. As foe the muffin, the girl puts the muffin in a bag, and I say I asked for warm, “its warm she replies” I touch the muffin through the bag and I’m like that’s not warm. Then she goes warms it. Like really? Seems they have too much time for chatting and gossiping instead of working, thinking and managing a fast food location. Do better.
