I place an order on Uber Eats and they tucked my whole order and all I get back is $2 punch as dollars from a $20 order that I can’t eat, which is crazy. I will not order from them again and Uber count your days cause you can be next as well.

order grub hub. got here no problems. I order the bacon cheese burger and I paid an extra $2 for an extra patty. I could not hardly eat it and it was so over cooked and dry. worst burger I ever had. I would not recommend this place. I will call them and complain about the food.

Tonight was my first time I ordered and I used doordash, while my burger tasted fine, my fries tasted cold and a few like it was not cooked all the way. I order one burger with only meat and cheese and it had everything. My receipt showed how it was ordered but that not how I got it and no drink that was supposed to come with my combo. It will be a while before I order again.

I ordered this place for the 1st time from Uber.. the order was delivered over an hour late../ not the drivers fault…. I tried to cancel the order after 45 minutes ( no driver assigned) and they wanted to charge me almost 40$$$$!!! No way!!! So… the driver that I finally had was an amazing young man but… my food was nasty cold… and the sweet potato fries that are advertised as waffle are just regular cold limp fries … in my case… I recommend that if you want delivery… go with door dash… Red Robin .// great burgers and fast delivery! Your burger will still be HOT!

We ordered 2 combo meals we received only 1 child size drink when there supposed to be 2 22oz drink the meals. Both meals were ice cold and tasted horrible. The hamburgers are just frozen unseasoned slabs of processed meat. If you are wanting a good hamburger to don’t order from this restaurant.

I have ordered from this restaurant 3 times on Uber Eats only to be let down because the sandwich I ordered was not what I received. I tried again because the 3rd times a charm right… well the 3rd time, I even added a note to make sure certain toppings were on the sandwich and paid for extra XTC sauce which I did not receive. When Uber Eats was contacted yet again because I received the wrong or missing items they said they won’t refund me. I will never order from here again

Took more than an hour and our order was wrong. Got my burger without a bun, wrapped it in a normal burger wrapper that adhered to the cheese. Fries came in a box so I know there was another option! Definitely avoid

Maybe they improved since the previous reviews, but everything is just fine here.
I would recommend wrapping fries in foil to keep them warm. Fries tend to get cold fast.
