I’m give 4 stars food is good the only thing when I’m ordering peper steak to much onion no a lot green pepper only few pieces price is good the rice really good so far so good this is my place because Holyoke and Chicopee those Chinese restaurant no to good and I’m testing and reviewing all and this one is good

I highly recommend Ho Mei! The man behind the counter was very friendly, the food was delicious, and the price was very good!
I ordered over the phone, and got the combination Kung Pao Chicken with the pork fried rice and pork spare ribs, and a beef chow mei fun. All of it was delicious, with the spare ribs being the highlight.

The staff were so friendly! There isnt much room to eat in, but the food is delicious, with generous portions and very reasonable prices. But the best part was the genuinely nice people.

Listen, absolutely not.
I had to rush to ER after eating this. The food is NOT good. Everything tastes weird! The meat tastes gross!!!! The crab rangoon only had onion in it!! After eating this, which I could barely finish it, a day later began sweating, fevers, vomiting etc!!! NEVER AGAIN!!! Cannot make this stuff up!!!!

Food was not good, I’ve never seen chicken and broccoli look the way this did. The chicken chow main was all onions, spicy chicken wasn’t spicy and had a weird texture to it, and the house rice shrimps taste off. I pray my kids don’t get sick. A whole 70$ wasted..

I don’t understand why so many people give Ho Mei bad reviews. So far, it is my favorite Chinese food in Springfield. Is it fancy? No. However, it is quality food and really affordable. The gentleman who is usually at the front desk is very friendly and his service is great. If you go there as much as I do, they will remember your face and likely your order (if it stays the same). Definitely recommend!

My past 3 orders they have been missing items. When you call they sorry and send the item. This time they missed a whole order of wings and called to let them know and SPECIFICALLY asked TO NOT send the driver with the wings since I didn’t want them anymore and to just refund the 10.50 plus tax back. Well the driver still came, i wasn’t home at that time and told him I had asked not to send the wings. Called the restaurant back and once again the person at the phone was pushing for me to get the wings and when I would asked for the refund all of the sudden he wouldn’t understand and say he didn’t know what I was asking. I used to like this place but after this I am done. Never again. If they are going to miss items they should be able to refund the item and thats it as requested by the customer not gaslight you and all of the sudden not understand your request.
