Just had lunch got 2 slices of pepperoni and on my last few bites I bit into a rubber band. I called and they refunded me I offered to bring it in and they said not to they believed me. Great on the customer service part but not finishing my lunch or knowing I ate something like that not cool. I expected better for what I paid.

I was on a major time crunch and was able to pass by pizza my heart. I just want to say how exceptional the staff was. Princess was able to serve my pizza as quick as possible and I was able to get back to work in no time! She brought it out to me personally so I thought of that as a nice touch.
On the food itself it was relatively fresh and delicious especially for my time crunch. The soda was kind of lacking but that can be overlooked by the speediness and tastiness of the food i got!

This location has recently open seemingly and it’s a small place to go to. This one didn’t add any decorations unlike the one from Santa Clara, but that’s fine. I say that this one is better in terms of parking since we park around here for more than an hour.
I also want to go here because I feel like I want pizza again. Again really nice to have large thinner slices of pizza. I am currently making this my preferred Pizza My Heart location. Would come here again.

We just had a party of about 15 at this place a few days ago and had one of the very best experiences in a pizza place. Our serviced LJ took great care of us with great patience and fast service. Specially all the kids which were half of our party. We will definitely dine here again because of the great food and outstanding service. Lots of kudos to LJ.

Solid pizza and with their current promotions, pretty in line price wise too compared to similar quality pizza stores.
Without said promotions though they are pretty pricy. Still for a chain pizza resturant they are really solid. If your just looking for basic pepperoni though I’d go else where.

The create your own pizza is so bland. There is absolutely no flavour. Look at the photo and just by looking at the pizza it looks like vegetables are just sitting on a base. They don’t give you an option for any seasoning for the create your own nor do they add their own. Even the vegetables arent cooked well and feel very raw on the pizza – they dont blend in. Very disappointed. I wanted to try this because I was regularly buying a really nice frozen pizza brand and wanted to try something fresh. However my frozen pizza was 100 times better than this. Perhaps their non custom pizzas have flavor but totally avoid the create your own.

I love this place. Service was amazing atmosphere was incredible the person who helped me was very kind very friendly and very helpful. I got two slices of cheese pizza and one large soda. Everything was perfect, I do think that the cheese pizza slices could have had more cheese on it because it felt almost like I was just eating dough. The other thing was that the crust was a little bit hard. Overall good experience with the service the atmosphere very friendly staff clean restroom. I will say about the cheese pizza however I do like the experience that I had today. Thank you
