We are a seafood restaurant established 15 years ago in the Dickinson area, our greatest commitment since then is to satisfy and surprise our customers with food of great taste and quality. Our Fish Place Dickinson family is always focused on providing warm and sincere service, with a cheerful and frank attitude. Over time we have built a space of great Cajun flavor. Our first time experience here was nothing short of amazing. Shout out to Valerie for making it happen!! Valerie greeted us with that real nice southern hospitality the moment we walked in and she was lively, energetic, and very welcoming. The food was delicious, hot and fresh. The portions were great and will surely fulfill any empty belly. I give everything a 10/10 all across the board. Valerie took care of all the diners with the same upbeat, sweet personality. She truely deserves a raise! We’ll most definitely return when we’re in the area.

I just ordered the catfish and shrimp dinner on doordash. The breading is perfect and the fish tender flaky and not ” too fishy” absolutely delicious flavor. Mac and cheese along with the French frys were perfect. Will be ordering here again arrived hot and fresh which is rare for doordash on top of me living ten mins away. This was my first time and wont be my last 🙂 10/10

I ordered the Sunday Special. Oyster Po-Boy, Seafood Gumbo, and substituted fries for dirty rice.
Oyster Po-Boy was great, no complaints.
Seafood Gumbo was really strong. I feel like the meat could have been prepped better and it may have helped.
The dirty rice had a stale taste, like it was frozen, possibly a bit old.
Overall, I will come back and try another dish. It’s close and the portions are worth the price paid.

The place is clean and has a good appearance. The food looked very good. The fried fish and shrimp cocktail were good, but the fried tilapia had a strange smell and tasted bad. We couldn’t eat it.

They have the BEST tasting shrimp bisque and cornbread I’ve ever had, handsdown!! It’s a small quaint, seat yourself place with very friendly staff. The menu is plentiful with a multitude of desserts. It’s a local favorite and now mine too!

Not sure where to start. The sweet tea was so delicious, we both had 2- 3 glasses. The wife and I had the appetizer sampler with the boudin balls, shrimp red fish balls, stuffed jalapeños came with chips also. Every item was so hot and fresh we woofed them down in no time. She then ordered the catfish po boy, said it was awesome. I had the crawfish etouffe, fried okra, Mac n cheese ( which to me was absolutely fantastic, kinda tastes like Velveeta cheese, with some extra cheddar and a hint of jalapeño) neither one of us could finish the entrees so of course we brought them back to the hotel, the wife still snagged a chocolate cake To Go. She can’t wait to Crack into it, and I can’t wait to wake up in the middle of the night and smash the rest of the food. Yes we did spend alot on the 2 of us, but for the first time being there and reading all the other reviews I wanted to see for myself. So glad I did!

So my girl and her mom took took to this place. Yes, there menu is filled with fried food, but they also have grilled food and I’ve never heard of a grilled fish Burrito before, had to order it w/ mixed veggies and corn on the cob. Absolutely delicious! Hope to come here again one day.

I was reluctant to try due to some reviews, but I took a chance, Shrimp n fish special, 6 shrimp both with fried okra, onion rings, cold slaw, was DELICIOUS, FRESH, LOVED IT !! great tasting onion rings, fish was tender, shrimp was fresh and delicious!! One thing I asked for lemons, they forgot lemons!!! Totally recommend!!
