I’m really disappointed with my recent order from Tropical Smoothie Café. The food looked nothing like what was advertised — both flatbreads were practically empty, with barely any chicken or toppings. It looked like someone just smeared a bit of sauce and tossed a few pieces of chicken on a dry wrap. For the price, this was completely unacceptable.
I’ve ordered from here before and usually enjoy it, but this time the quality and care just weren’t there. It’s frustrating to open your food and see it looking like this, especially when it’s supposed to be a full meal. I hope management sees this and addresses the quality control, because this kind of presentation isn’t right.

we just went into this wonderful place and got two smoothies and a ceasar wrap. the smoothies were made with so much love that i could have another one. our wrap is so so so good as well. there is ONE girl working in there and she was so kind to us and gave us very good recommendations since i have never been there before. her name was Amanda and she was really great. we will definitely be back when we come visit over here! it was such a good experience.

Been going to the store on Mary Esther Cutoff for 8 years and they used to make the smoothies delicious. This is the 3rd time we’ve gone in a row that they just taste like ice. Bahama mama is usually very sweet and flavorful. Now they make them too frozen with no flavor. What did I just spend $25 on? 2 smoothies and a kids smoothie with no flavor. I won’t be back.

I been to this location a few times. Location is clean inside and outside. Staff were friendly and helpful. I came in to just ordered a smoothie. I think I wanted maybe under 10 minutes. Location is on the small side. Has a table to sit and some seating outside. I like this location not too busy. Great spot to go by and grab lunch and go.

I loved the wraps, especially the Hummus Veggie, and the Sunrise Sunset smoothie was fantastic. My kids enjoyed the Açai Bowl, and they have a variety of other bowls on the menu. If you’re in the area, definitely check out this location—I was impressed with the service and the quality of ingredients!

I love the TS franchise. Good smoothies. Good wraps. This particular store can’t get it right. I’ve held off in writing a review for the last 5 visits. But this place is consistently bad and unfortunately close to my work. The drive through looks like it gets hit daily by angry customers. It’s like a scene in a movie for an abandoned restaurant. The place feels dirty and from the outside it’s so unkept it looks like it’s been shut down. I always expect it and am surprised when the door opens. The actual people in the window are friendly enough, if they wait on you. That’s a big if, you can sit there for 10 minutes, they’ll walk by, look at you, and never say a word. If you ask them what’s going on they will say they are short staffed while you look at the staff standing their on their phones. Never apologetic, never clean, never good service. But they picked a winning franchise and situated themselves next to a high school where cleanliness and service isn’t really a concern for the youth.

I used too come here and the service used too be great now they are soo lazy they close the food section at 8:30pm , they said they would only serve smoothies , I decided I’m not coming back , they close at 9:00pm if they are too lazy too make food then I won’t wast my money here.
