Water smells odd, plus their poor ventilation will leave you smelling like food when you leave.. food is very mediocre probably your basic Sysco type of food, that is thrown into oven to reheat
But $18 for a burger is pretty high, fries was good and crunchy, but bacon was stale. And ranch was really sour, never taste ranch this bad, since zips is right across them and costs half the price and probably taste better.
This place was probably a one time visit type of place for me.
If you are looking for the quintessential Sunday morning breakfast experience, look no further than Uncle Rusty’s Diner. We recently visited as a family of four, and from the moment we stepped through the doors, it was clear that this isn’t just a place to eat—it’s a place to feel welcome.
The first thing you notice is the atmosphere. We were greeted immediately by a wait staff that can only be described as “pure fun.” In a world where service can often feel rushed or robotic, the team here brings a genuine energy and humor that kept our whole family smiling before the coffee even hit the table. They handled the Sunday morning rush with a level of charisma that is rare to find.
When it came to the menu, the selection was impressive. Whether you are a fan of the classics or looking for a hearty start to your day, the food selection is more than decent—it’s thoughtfully prepared and satisfying. We found that the portions were generous, yet the prices remained right on point. In an era of rising costs, Uncle Rusty’s manages to offer great value without compromising on the quality of the meal or the size of the plate.
It is the perfect neighborhood staple. If you find yourself in this part of town, do yourself a favor and stop by. Whether you are local or just passing through, Uncle Rusty’s earns a high recommendation for anyone wanting a high-energy, high-value breakfast to kick off their week.
We collectively got prime rib, burger, max and cheese, breakfast dishes.
Real hand dipped chicken Fry steak!! Makes swinging door look like Mc Donald’s. I ordered chicken Fry steak with white’s only.. swinging door has no idea how to separate yoke from eggs.. I hope you try this place.. it’s food is next level!!
