My wife went in today for a coffee. The people that work there are very friendly. Super helpful and went way above and beyond to help us figure out which coffee we wanted. We had some questions about different kinds of coffee. You know how you feel weird asking those questions. They made us feel very comfortable. I would definitely suggest giving this one a try. They are great.

Went there on Sunday, and the manager handled a situation that I had with a different person with a lot of class! Tytyty! Even made me fresh hash browns herself! It definitely makes my days start out a lot better!

Allowed me to use the restroom. I am 26 weeks pregnant and couldn’t find a bathroom anywhere, or anyone who would allow me to use one. Really grateful there are still people on this earth who are kind. Would fully recommend this dunkin just for that fact alone. Thank you from the bottom of the heart.

Took forever to get a donut, sandwich, and 2 drinks. Not to mention it was wrong as well didn’t put bacon on the sandwich. The person working the window was lost in space walking around aimlessly and kept asking what we ordered. Because he couldn’t read the screen or I have no idea why. But horrible experience at this location.

I frequent this dunkins every day (its between my kids school and my home). I use the mobile app to order ahead. the employees take care to learn the regulars and what they order–since they have opened, ive had my order made wrong once several years ago. sometimes understaffed so if they are busy theres a bit of a wait–but the morning staff is great.

Always fast and polite, only problem I have is that they’re just too busy on weekends. If you go on weekends it might be faster to just go in. I always order ahead on app and wait at least 5 min to head there. Gotta give them time to get everything ready. Otherwise it’s perfect.

This place was ridiculous. Just stopped in to get a bottle of juice (from a cooler) and couldn’t get anyone to take my money, let along acknowledge my presence! I finally left a couple bucks on the counter and told the drive thru cashier the money was there for my bottle of juice. There was five employees that I saw, and not one was waiting on customers in the store. There was a couple other people there.
Poor. Would give less than 1 star if possible. Definitely avoid this location.
