I ordered a burrito with no cheese. I watched the waitress write “no cheese” down. But the person in the kitchen didn’t pay attention. I noticed about 1/3 of the way through.

The reason I asked for no cheese is because I am a nursing mother. My son is not even three months old but he can’t have dairy. He gets sick if there is dairy in my diet.
It takes weeks to get dairy out of my diet. Weeks for it to be fully out.
Now my baby will be sick for the next several weeks.
The food here is delicious. I come a lot. But I don’t know if I want to come back now.
The kitchen staff need to pay better attention when people have dietary requests.

A very pleasant place to enjoy a meal with family and friends. The dishes were well prepared, and you could really notice the care put into the flavors. The staff were friendly and attentive at all times. Without a doubt, a great option for a meal and an enjoyable experience ♡

As someone who grew up in mexico, I am always on the search for authenticity. This place has it. From the first bite of the Arroz, to their handmade tortillas. Highly recommend this spot.

Absolutely delicious! My daughter had the fried chicken and fries, my son had the birria tacos, my wife had a steak platter that was also kind of a sampler and I had some of the best chimichangas ever along with a gordita! Folks here were so nice and friendly and everyone’s food around me looked so good I wanted to try that too! We will be back and you should come too!

A family member of mine highly recommended this restaurant, but to me, this place was just not up to the same snuff of other similar restaurants of the same type. Food: Camarones Al Mojo De Ago, Carnitas Taco, Asada Taco, and the Steak Fries. A lil skimpy on the taco filling especially for a $3 taco. Nothing was wrong with the food, I just thought it didn’t have that pop/authentic taste. Soda was flat, no adult beverages available, and our waitress was mostly nonexistent? Weird considering there were only like two other tables being waited on?

We visited this restaurant yesterday. The food itself was very good, but the menu, service, and billing issues took away from the experience.

My wife ordered the flautas. The menu listed an option for four or six flautas and showed that they came with rice and beans, but it did not clarify that the six-count would cost more or exclude the sides. When the food arrived, the rice and beans were missing, we were charged extra for the six flautas and were charged for the sides, all without any prior notice or explanation on the menu.

Throughout the meal, our waitress did not check on us regularly, and we had to flag down another server twice just to get drink and chips refills. After finishing, we reviewed the receipt and noticed that almost every item had been charged at a higher price than what was listed on the menu. For example, the choriqueso was $8.95 on the menu but $11 on the receipt. My two horchatas, my wife’s drink, the flautas, and sides were also overpriced. The only item that was not overpriced were my quesabirria tacos, which were actually charged a dollar less.

When we brought this up, the waitress explained the flautas price but did not address why the other items were also higher. She took the bill back and corrected it. The final total dropped from $78 to $64, and one drink was removed, meaning we had effectively been overcharged by over $18. There was no clear explanation for the pricing differences.

The food was enjoyable, but the lack of attention from our server and the significant billing discrepancies were concerning. Double check your receipt carefully if you visit.

First time visiting and the food and service were great! We found out they are under new management so they can’t serve alcoholic beverages yet, but they are working on it.

We went on Tuesday and they run a special for a $1.95/taco (they have a long list of options). They are small street style tacos. Choriqueso was also really good.

Will definitely be back!

Paying $40 for 3 quesabirria tacos w/skimp meat that doesn’t come with any sides so you have to order sides is astronomical!! Me and my son use to eat here all the time! But this is absurd! The tacos are not the same! The flavor, portion, and quality has changed for the worse! It was falllng apart before it was dipped in the sauce.

This little hole-in-the-wall Mexican spot is an absolute gem. I seriously cannot get enough of the tacos—they’re packed with flavor, perfectly seasoned, and clearly made with care. Every visit I tell myself I’ll try something new, but the tacos keep pulling me back. And don’t even think about skipping dessert—the tres leches cake is amazing. Moist, rich, and just the right amount of sweet. If you’re looking for authentic food that hits every time, this place is it.

My family has been searching for a standout taco spot in the 757, and this place exceeded every expectation. The tacos were outstanding fresh, and flavorful. My wife ordered the fajita nachos, and they were an easy 10/10: generously portioned, perfectly seasoned, and packed with flavor. This spot has officially become our go-to destination for tacos, and we’ll absolutely be back.
