This was my first time trying ZIP and it is to die for! The service was outstanding and I was able to get to know the girls there a little bit! She genuinely took the time to figure out what I would like (flavor wise)! My only comment is they have such a large area to work with, I wish they would utilize it for a more social environment! I ordered a tea here last week fully expecting a great experience from a small, local business. The whole thing was very meh for me. The person behind the counter didn’t seem to want to be there at all. I asked questions and came in with a smile, wave, and “hello!” But got no greeting. The tea was fine but I was put off by the experience. Maybe I’ll try a shake on a different day but I didn’t feel welcome
