One heck of a salad! Way more variety of items than I expected. Three kinds if greens, mandarin oranges, crispy chicken and sweet dressing with crunchy noodles and some kind if bean. Husband had a chicken and bacon panini type sandwich. Lady was super nice and professional. Great friendly service. Dining room spacious and clean.

Great experience at Saladworks! The ingredients were fresh, the portions were generous, and everything tasted clean and flavorful. Staff was friendly, service was quick, and the place was very clean. Perfect spot if you want a healthy, satisfying meal without sacrificing taste. Definitely coming back!

I understand inflation has a lot of business skimping back on the portions of food that they give but for $16.94, I want to see more of a salad and what goes into it! This is ridiculous! If you can’t afford to provide quantity, then lower the prices!

The Saladworks on Schoenersville Road in Bethlehem PA is excellent! The young ladies working the closing shift were amazing — friendly, attentive, and professional. Even close to closing, they made sure everything was perfect, and the food was fresh and delicious. You can tell they truly care about their customers!

However, the Cedar Crest Blvd in Allentown PA location was a completely different experience. The young staff working that night were rude, rushed us while we were eating, and cleaned around us to make us uncomfortable. My chicken noodle soup had barely any noodles and had no chicken, and they were upset I asked for another cup of chicken noodles soup. The floors were wet with no warning signs — I’m thankful I didn’t fall. Definitely disappointing compared to the great service at the Schoenersville Rd location.

How was this allowed to go out the door? “Buffalo chicken panini” ordered through Grubhub so I was not there to see it before it left the store. Also ordered the kids build your own meal and everything came crammed in on section and the cucumber was mushy.

Got the standard Greek salad off the menu, no changes or substitutions. There was hardly anything in it….a few cucumbers, very few slices of red onion & maybe 3 or 4 olives. The worst part is the price, nearly $11, for basically a bowl of lettuce & the bowl wasn’t even full. Will not return. The Greek salad at Panera is actually better

I’m not one to usually leave a bad review. However, I’m new to the area and found this Saladworks on my daily commute. I just left there and let me tell you- it was terrible. Totally unacceptable. When I first entered, there was a young employee taking the order of a couple. She had their orders looking great! The portions were generous and put together well. When she was putting together my order, all of that enthusiasm and good customer service went out of the window. Not to mention she was all of a sudden a bit passive aggressive. I ordered two create your own salads with an add-on(no meat or any kind of protein). These are the most pitiful looking and tasting salads that I’ve ever had. Not to mention that she left out one of the add-ons that I paid extra for. I even double checked with her to make sure that she added it and she assured me that she did. The waste of $36 is unfortunate but the waste of time is even worse. I won’t be returning.

Went to schoenersville Bethlehem saladworks today usually have the most pleasant experience there but today they didn’t give me any salad dressing for my salad. I’m usually not one to complain but the salad was for my sick wife in the hospital and since I got to hear it so will you ladies!!! I mean what am I going to do with a salad with no salad dress shaking my head. And what makes matters worse is I tipped them.
