As much as I really wanted to love this place because the concept is fun and unique, the overall experience didn’t live up to expectations. The quality simply didn’t match the price. Compared to other locally owned ice cream shops in the area that offer better products at more reasonable prices, this felt overpriced.
Paying $12 for a basic medium milkshake, and then waiting over 20 minutes to receive it, was disappointing. Unfortunately, the value just isn’t there for what you get.

This place is a hidden gem!!! Randomly stopped in on our road trip and we were very pleased! The staff is super friendly and kind! Pricing is great & well worth the yummy food! We tried the root beer float and hot dogs! Delicious!!! The atmosphere and vibe in here is so relaxed and fun! Definitely worth a stop!!!

I can honestly say I’ve never felt so ripped off. Ordered a medium root beer float it was eight dollars and some change. When they said it was ready it was so pathetic looking. Looked like something that was sitting out in the sun on a 90 degree day. One tiny glob of vanilla ice cream that was a size of a small child’s fist. You would think paying these prices you’d be in Times Square not Rising Sun.
Mad waffle ice cream will be back around soon. Look them up on FB you will not be disappointed with them unlike these soda jerks.

So awesome! Really cool retro atmosphere complete with the decor & music from that time- like 50s & 60s- so fun!! Great service from a very kind & professional staff & I had the most delicious & biggest Hot Fudge Sundae ever!!! Take your kids, parents, grandparents- EVERYBODY will love it!!!! I talked with the owner, Kate- she and her husband are working so hard- and they even have 3 young children while running this amazing small business- so if you haven’t been here, check it out ASAP & if it’s been awhile, go back again! This is the kind of business we need to frequent to be sure they’re successful- they’ll do the work; we’ll eat the ice cream!!

Stopped in with my two teenage girls for a quick afternoon outting. Let’s just say not worth the hype.
Girls working weren’t entertaining, or even really friendly for that matter. They messed up the items on our order. We ordered 2 sandwiches – both incorrectly made. Two of three ice cream orders were incorrectly made.
We also tried asking questions about the menu as it’s a tad confusing – got barely audible answers.
Overall, lame experience that should and could have been really entertaining and enjoyable.

Had a really fun time at their first bike night a very big turnout of all different shape sizes colors of motorcycles that you could think of had a really good time. Glad everybody showed up and support. I hope they do it again.

We went after winning a gift card to there. I am a sucker for hot fudge sundae…. It was $10 dollars and totally worth it! Like it was huge. And tasted amazing! My husband got a Oreo milkshake and he said that was pretty good too thick but good. I ended up bringing the littles after a zoo trip via online which was very easy and convenient and the one little girl said “this was the best vanilla ice cream ever”. I walked in and they had everything ready to go except the hot fudge on the sundae which I totally appreciated! Definitely one of my favorite places to go to!

We’ve been here a few times since it’s opening. On our first visit, we ordered waffle cones, and were blown away! These were the freshest waffle cones we’ve had, and we make it our mission to try every homemade ice cream spot within an hour’s ride. The ice cream was also top notch. My partner tried coconut, which tasted like biting into a fresh sliced coconut melded with rich cream, and I think what I tried was called Zanzibar or something, and it was super chocolate yumness. Our second experience was for chocolate milkshakes that offered a cold, refreshing, creamy, rich, chocolatey goodness that just felt like love. And our most recent experience was for floats. I tried the birch beer with vanilla ice cream, and my partner chose sasparilla with vanilla ice cream. His was superior to mine, but it was awesome to have so many options to choose from to give it a little twist. My review would be remiss if I didn’t mention that each time we’ve been in, the service has been stellar and everyone has been super knowledgable and friendly. I am looking forward to going back and trying their latest flavors.

Had a great time at the bike night last night. There was a great variety of rides and everyone was respectful. Great place to pick up a sweet treat with the family and possibly see some sweet rides if you catch the right day!
