I used to frequent here… I never had a complaint until yesterday; it was the worst experience and has me wondering if I should ever try again. The lady on the cash register was having technical difficulties with a man trying to buy a brownie. It took her about 10 minutes to finish his transaction. That whole time she did not look up from the register, nor did she apologize or even acknowledge us as waiting. Then she rang up our subs, which were both priced $0.50 higher than the menu board stated (without notice)! She rang up my soda as a large, without asking me what size I want (another $2 up-charge without notice)! When our subs finally got to us, they were lukewarm! Disgusting. I only go to FireHouse because they are usually the best sub around. Also attached is a picture of our “pickle” if you can even call it that. The whole time we were eating, we couldn’t stop staring at how rude the lady on the cash register was being to people waiting in line after we ordered as if she was lashing out for not being trained adequately. This location seems to be going down the drain. How sad. We paid over $37 to have the worst service imaginable, and low quality subs. Additionally, the Coca Cola machine had NO ice and we had to wait for a sandwich maker to go in the back and get some. This restaurant also doesn’t even have a ventilation system. All of the oil they fry fries with was in the air and it was nasty, thick, and hazy.

Their subs are usually delicious and tasty but the new extra Mac and cheese is nasty. No flavor. It tasted like Kraft Mac and cheese.

I ordered a sub on 16 December around 10:48 in the morning the gentleman at the other end never asked me what kind of bread I wanted and I even told him put my pickles on the side cause they always ask me do you want your pickle on the side And what I mean always I mean every other Firehouse Sub so as I got there, I noticed that my sub did not have a pickle and he said that they were sold out at 10:48 in the morning meanwhile, I only saw two people come in and out of there I say to myself self if you had a restaurant business and you forgot to order pickles where could I get those home? There’s a Publix less than a mile down the street. There is two people there two men. They weren’t that busy that they couldn’t go down and get pickles. I don’t know if he’s the owner of this franchise? Whether he’s the owner or working there, they need to retrain and show that they have initiative when they forget to order product or food. They need to make provisions to get them somewhere so that the customer is happy., There is no excuse when you run a business, especially food where you say you ran out of whatever the only reason that happens is when whoever is in charge of purchasing does not look at their stock in product.

Dan Fox (NICE GUY) previous CEO is aware as well, but retired he can’t do much. Franchise owners don’t care AT ALL and it’s truly unfair to someone looking for a quick tasty lunch. $12.00 for these two bites and $5.00 for tax, a small bag of Doritos 1 3/4 oz and medium fountain drink. Shame on you Firehouse Subs #firehousesubs ripoff.

I had a horrible experience at this location the workers there act like you’re doing them a favor by purchasing a sub from this location! Very unprofessional they barely had any clients and they sure did not feel like making a sandwich very disappointed! I’m Throwing It All Away… I don’t think my dog would even want to eat this! Re train the person making the subs please !!!!!!

Had an awesome experience at this location. Mgr Cheryl was definitely on a mission to make her customers smile. I don’t know if she even knows the impact this can have on someone’s day. Not to mention she made my sub which was an Italian on wheat. The best I ever had. Keep up the great work Cheryl continue to allow God to use you. You’re great!
