Finally tried this place. Chicken and fries were hot. We did drive through. Chicken tenders were good. Fries could have been salted.
Kinda pricey for mediocre food, but had our pup with us so we couldn’t go in somewhere.
Staff was very friendly at the window.

First time at Raising Cane’s. After all the hype, I expected their chicken strips to be large, juicy portions. The strips that came in the meals I purchased were very small. I was glad I purchased the four piece meal verses the three piece because they were so small. The breading wasn’t too heavy, which was nice, and they were real chicken, not chopped and shaped bits of chicken. They tasted ok, but nothing to brag about. The bread was a nice touch, but it was listed as garlic bread and there was no garlic flavor. It was also barely toasted, not the buttery golden brown as advertised. I opted for extra bread in place of the Cole slaw since I am not a big fan of Cole slaw. The fries were soggy and not crisp. I did not care for the Cane’s sauce, although my daughter liked it.
In general, I felt it was mediocre at best, overpriced for what you got, and did not match the hype advertised. I would not choose to go there again.

I went there lastnight, I asked for fresh food. They said everything was cooked to order. Which was a lie! My food was old and cold. I call to let them know, and the manager Jessica hung up in my face! I call back, no answer! Call again while I’m heading back to the store, she answers. She says it wasn’t her on the phone, but another person. She must’ve forgot she said her name on the first call! I walk in and hang up. As I’m standing at the front counter, she comes from the back laughing letting the drive thru worker know I had called back. I guess she thought it was a joke! I let her know, yes it was me, and I’m right here. What’s so funny? Now she’s studdering! I told her don’t worry about it, just give me my money back! That took another 5 minutes because she wanted to play around like a kid over at the drive thru window. I told her it doesn’t take that long to refund me. She states she was telling the drive thru worker what was going on. She could’ve did that after the fact. Raising Canes in Quincy, Illinois is a joke!

For only serving chicken fingers this particular location really struggles cooking it properly. I would say for sure 75 percent of the time. The chicken is super greasy and the breading is gressy wet and sliding off. We want hot and fresh but you have to cook longer and drain grease way better. Let it sit for a few minutes before you just dump grease soaked chicken into a container and close it up. It’s wet greasy chicken. Definitely could use some cook help at this location. Hate giving a bad review but no sense in misleading people.

To start this review, I have never been to a Raising Cane’s. Service was fantastic. For how busy they were, it felt really quick. They were actively shoveling people in and out as quick as possible. The fries were crispy and salty and hot. Chicken was awesome. Star of the show with the sauce. Juicy inside and crispy outside. The bread was toasted nicely and had a good flavor. Soda tasted good. The price was extremely reasonable. I felt I got a good value for quality food. Will definitely be back with my family and happy for Quincy.

I love this greasy nonsense chicken. The accuracy of your order is pretty hit and miss, and sometimes there’s not like really enough fries. I feel like the chicken wings could be bigger.

To be honest though, I just love that stuff.

The tenders and sandwich were great. The food wasn’t greasy or soggy, instead it was crisp and flavorful. The employees were friendly, accommodating, welcoming, and quick.

The only downfall was people being extremely loud and had no concern for the other patrons. I went for chicken and was forced to hear about how “Glen” is cheating on “Franchesca” with someone from another sorority. PSA, according to them, guys are the worst and wine is better than him.
