Modern, clean, and quick to serve—like a well-trained padawan behind the counter. Digital menus guide your choice like a Jedi holocron, and the salsas? Bold, they are. Inviting, the space is—though the energy leans more cantina-on-the-go than sit-and-sip.
The Food:
Veggie Burrito: Packed it was, with rice, sautéed bell peppers, beans, guacamole, cheese, and enough flavor to redeem even the darkest Sith. No sacrifice in taste, meatless though it be. Light saber required not to cut it—perfectly wrapped and Jedi-approved.
Quesadilla Combo: Crispy, grilled to perfection. Veggies and cheese united like rebels in the Resistance. Came with guac, pico de gallo, and lettuce—all fresh and worthy of a Wookiee’s roar of approval. Daisy sour cream on the side—basic it may be, but effective it is.

A well-priced mission for any apprentice or master. The $10 veggie menu is the way for those walking the plant-based path. Even value items for $6 there are—budget friendly, without skimping on taste.

Absolutely love this place. Definitely some of the best Mexican food in town if not the best. Their Birria Barbacoa Tacos, Al Pastor, and Nachos are so good. Give this place a try, you won’t regret it

We always try to eat here when we are in town visiting family. We’ve tried the pork carnitas and carne asada burritos, as well as the asada and al pastor tacos, and everything has been flavorful, fresh, and perfectly cooked. I always get extra pico de gallo and guacamole because I love toppings…both fresh and bright. Definitely our favorite places to eat when we’re in Albert Lea!

I normally would order the steak fajitas fries but on this visit got the barbacoa tacos. My total after tax for the tacos was $13.39

The Barbacoa Dipping Tacos are soo incredible! Best spot for a quick healthy delicious lunch in Albert Lea. Staff is so friendly and restaurant is super clean too. Will be back!

I always loved this place when I was on contact for a nursing job in Albert Lea. The food was always very fresh and great presentation/quality every single time. This past weekend we were coming through town and wanted to stop here again. Like before, food was absolutely amazing and service was even better. The staff noticed my son’s shirt said “birthday boy” as it was his birthday and gave him a little mango iced treat. Was totally sweet for them to go out of their way to do that! Whenever in town, we will always be back!!!
