I love Starbucks, but today was not a great experience. There were 11 cars in line, and we waited over 20 minutes in the drive-thru — that’s ridiculous! I’ve never seen this location so behind or possibly short-staffed. Honestly, if someone orders more than two drinks, it would make sense to have them pull up and wait so the rest of the line can keep moving. Very disappointing today.

This Starbucks has plenty of seating. But gone are the “comfy” coffee chairs. Definitely don’t want you to stay a while. Young staff. Very friendly. Busy but quick. Cafe latte. Very good.

The drinks taste so watered down. My last 3 or 4 drinks have tasted like nothing. I’ll pay for extra syrups or toppings and won’t get it or they’ll substitute with what they choose to.

We came through the drive thru and when we went to pay, my fiance asked to use my stars but she had already scanned it because she didn’t hear him and it was too late so I didn’t get to redeem my stars. She was friendly but still, it sucks because they expire soon and we don’t go very often. Additionally they didn’t fill my cup all the way due to the foam so a noticeable amount of my drink was missing once it disappeared
