Went with a group of 5 to celebrate a special birthday. We went all out and had appetizers mains and desserts. The appetizers were great however the bruschetta was an unusually small portion with only 3 pieces. Our server warned us about the tiny portion. I recommend to management the portion should be increased to at least 4 pieces so 2 or 4 diners can share them. The entrees were all great very tasty and well presented. Maybe just a bit on the small side as far as portion goes . Desserts were amazing and service was very good

Our Retired Teachers group celebrated our Annual Holiday Luncheon at BACI and Karley and her team were able to accommodate all of our requests without exception! We enjoyed a wonderful lunch along with amazing service! Thank you to Chris and the other servers for ensuring that our celebration was so successful! We will see you all again in May!

I was alone and ready to hang out and eat and drink. I let the very green 1st shift bartender know that I was staying in the hotel and that I can drink a lot as I have a high tolerance. 4 pm start. A few drinks in and Lobster Ravioli, it was good. A few drinks and the calamari, it was good. A few drinks and the plan is to get the lamb. It is the most expensive thing on the menu and I have never had it before. I was looking froward to it Guess what? I don’t get to eat it as I am told I have to slow down. What? Some 1 drink an hour laughable answer was given to me. That has never happened in my world. I thought I was already being responsible as I only live in St. Catharines and could have just went home instead of getting a room for the night. I also could have left the hotel and ate and drank somewhere else and then returned to the hotel. I should have. You lost a ton of business, got a bad review as well as the hotel stay got worse when I went upstairs to my room. Bad reviews all around. I ordered breakfast in the room as I figured the heard of 12 plus 9 year old girls would be in the restaurant that totally ruined my stay. The food comes and it is not what I ordered. Called 2 times no answer and then a knock at the door. My meal arrives cold, greasy and wilted lettuce. Restaurant calls my room and comps it. Good as I only ate a bit of it. By far the worst stay and experience in a hotel/restaurant.

We hosted our daughter’s Confirmation celebration dinner at Baci Ristorante for 24 people and had an absolutely wonderful experience. Karley, our event coordinator, was fantastic to work with over email and made the planning process smooth and stress-free.
On the night of the event, Chris and Megan were outstanding. Chris went above and beyond—attentive, organized, and genuinely caring, he handled our large group effortlessly. The service, food, and atmosphere were all excellent.
Thank you to the entire Baci team for helping make such a special family celebration truly memorable. We will definitely be back.

Update: we returned to try it again. The food was delicious. I had chicken parm and it was so good and too much for me to eat with homemade pasta. The Caesar salad was nicely portioned and made with a tasty dressing. My husband had the burger which he said was perfectly cooked as well as shoestring fries which were crisp and fried the way he liked. We enjoyed very nice bottle of cab which happened to be on a half price wine night. This was a happy accident. I would highly recommend this restaurant for high quality freshly made food.

I had one of their features of the day which was seafood risotto. It was hard and crunchy which means it was cooked too fast as it was uncooked inside. Risotto is to be cooked low and slow. This definitely didn’t happen. Yes they comped the dish but so not worth it. It was supposed to be seafood risotto. It had two shrimp and two scallops. Extremely disappointing. The service was great but the servers had too many tables each to provide high end service as it seemed that’s what they were trying to do. To me it seemed like a high end McDonald’s of Italian food. I will not return. This was my Mother’s Day supper so I’m very disappointed.

Enjoyed a great evening at Baci celebrating three July birthdays. We were immediately greeted by the host and passed to our server Chris. Chris was amazing, he told us about the feature and made sure our drinks were consistently topped up. The food was beautifully presented and tasted so fresh and good. A wonderful evening had by all, a hidden gem I will definitely come back to.

My fiancé and I went out for dinner tonight to celebrate his birthday, and unfortunately, the experience was far from what we hoped for. As new parents, we rarely get to have a night out, so we were really looking forward to enjoying this special evening. However, the service was slow from start to finish.
We both ordered a glass of wine, and while he received his right away, I didn’t get mine until 25 minutes later. I also had to ask for water three times when we first arrived and it didn’t arrive until we had been there for 30 minutes. To make matters worse, our appetizer came before our wine, and it was cold. We weren’t asked how the food tasted, and the plate was just cleared away.
For dinner, my fiancé had the lobster ravioli and I ordered the pepperoni pizza. While my pizza was good, my fiancé’s lobster ravioli was not he expected. Throughout the meal, our server never checked in with us or asked how our food was. She only came by to take our plates once we were finished, and while she did offer us a dessert menu, we were so disappointed by this point that we didn’t want to stay any longer.
I’m genuinely disappointed by both the food and the service tonight. I was previously a server for many of years and understand things happen but what we experienced tonight was unacceptable. I’ve dined here a few times before, but after this experience, I’m not sure I’ll be coming back.

Thank you to Baci Ristorante for being able to host such a lovely private event for 30+ people! The food was lovely – went back up for the Eggs Benny four times. The charcuterie board was beautifully organized with a great selection of meats, cheeses, and fruits. Would highly recommend for a private event in the future, especially with the help of staff member Chris!

We ordered from Baci using Skip the Dishes last weekend. The food came hot and quick. We ordered a few different items, but the standouts were the Classic Bruschetta, the Gnocchi Toscana and the Chicken Parmesan. Everything else we ordered was very good too. Overall it was a fantastic dinner, especially for delivery. Would recommend. I apologize if my pictures aren’t great…we were quite hungry.
