The cocktail menu here is amazing! So many incredible options. And the bartenders are fantastic- kind, friendly, and excellent at what they do. My husband tried a few different options and enjoyed them. I had three of the “Upside Down” mocktail as they were SO TASTY!

We were invited to attend an Open House here a couple of weeks ago. Just have to say that the ambience, staff, drinks, food and entertainment were GREAT! The staff were so friendly, the cocktails were fresh and original, the food was very tasty. Will definitely be back. Also, shout out to the lady from Saugatuck they had there to plant succulents. She was very sweet and I loved the clay pots she had provided that were made by her father.

Great cocktail bar in the middle of the downtown shopping district. Beautiful bar in what used to be the concession stand of an old theater.
The drinks seem to be riffs on classic cocktails with things like beer-barrel aged whiskeys, and seasonal simple syrups.
The Dragon’s Milk Old Fashioned was a sweet take on the usual cocktail with a simple syrup made with the New Holland stout and orange and mile bitters. I also did a Fitzgerald, a gin-based drink that I had them make with a rosemary tangerine gin. Less sweet and rosemary forward.
Tye was holding down the fort and took his time to guide us through their spirits, so awesome job, there.
Definitely worth a stop if you want a chill atmosphere and craft cocktail.

My wife and I stopped at New Holland Distilling – Grand Haven Tasting Room one night and enjoyed some drinks. We had Lake Life Lemonade and One In A Melon, they were good although the One In A Melon was very sweet.

Amazing cocktails! I’m from Chicago and not a single place has so many choices on their menu that I enjoy. Every one we tried we liked! Very high quality spirits. Highly recommend this place!

Great stop for drinks! Such a cute place inside, love the historic details they kept in the building. All the staff I interacted with were super friendly. Drinks tasted great & had a good non-alcoholic options for those in my group who don’t drink. We took them to-go to walk with, but will be back for more!

Great addition to the GH social district. Spirits only with no taps, hence the name. Outside of that, I would highly recommend stopping here for some of their hand crafted drinks.

Great experience at the New Holland Distillery Co. We had the Dragons Milk old fashioned and the a the Banana Bread old fashioned. If you get the opportunity come check them out.
