Wait staff is nice however the bus boys come and pick up plates as if they didn’t have enough to accommodate everyone. The food isn’t exactly exciting or memorable. The drinks are ok but the glass is small and over priced.

Walked in on a Monday night, hostess was kind and the decor of the place was awesome.
The server was able to help us out with the order and recommended a couple things.
Service was spot on and the food was great.

Love the atmosphere and the food was ok. Could have been better. I found the chicken to be a bit dry. And the peppers not cooked down enough. We had the chicken fajitas, wings and shrimp appitzer . Also enjoyed the decor.

El Balón had good good but the service needs to step up. There were only 3 tables seated when we visited and they messed up on orders, gave us uncooked tortilla chips, regular guacamole when we ordered spicy, I could go on. I can’t imagine what service is like when it gets full.

My husband and I went there last night. Food was great. When we were ready to pay the waitress Jose said the card machine doesn’t work, which he lied about he didn’t even try to swipe our card. He wanted us to pay cash,
so he can get a tip in cash. When another table was ready to pay with another waitress the card machine worked perfectly fine. He lied to us , we were super turned off. We confronted him and he didn’t know what’s to say. We had someone else process our payment because we didn’t want to deal with him. It’s crazy because we were going to leave him a good tip in cash and he did all that lied to get absolutely nothing.

This place was horrible from start to finish. The hostess, waitress, the drinks, and food were all bad. The hostess wasn’t friendly. The waitress took our order and served us the worst margaritas we have ever had. We ordered nachos as an appetizer and it barely had anything on it and the cheese wasn’t even melted. Then our dinner came and the steak was rare and chewy when we ordered medium well. We asked for the check and the waitress said ok but then 15 minutes went by and she never brought it. I asked her where is our check and she just shrugged her shoulders. I had to ask a second time and she said “oh I forgot”. We don’t like to complain but at this point we asked to see a manager. As I began to tell her all of our issues, she interrupts me and asks “well why didn’t you tell me sooner?” We didn’t because as a customer, I can let a few things go but this was terrible from start to finish and we felt she needed to know. She ended up taking some stuff off the bill which was the one professional thing that happened. This was the worst restaurant experience I’ve ever had and I wouldn’t ever go back. It’s hard to believe they are still open.
