Don’t eat here. Grills are obviously dirty and the employees don’t seem to care. I have never worked in a kitchen but even I would know that this literal crap, shouldn’t be served. Burgers that were ordered has that same burnt crap all over them as well.

Two times have gone and order has been awful, both times orderd buttery jack Swiss and bacon. BOTH times burger had no sauce and 1 piece of bacon on it. This time around also ordered sour dough jack… burger was ice cold and 1 piece of bacon. I live 2 blocks away from this location there’s no way with in that 5 minutes of driving my burger became cold. Worst service, worst food. Upon further inspection only one bun was toasted and barely at that, the other one untoasted and hard like its been sitting on the counter for days… If have choices of anything else go there only reason ordered here was because wendys and McDonald’s were closed at 11pm.

I rarely ever review, but Renee is an absolute rock star. After work, I usually come in between 1–4 AM, and Renee is hands down one of the best employees I’ve ever encountered in fast food. She’s always in an amazing mood, genuinely friendly, and takes real pride in making sure the food is done right which is incredibly rare for a graveyard shift. You can tell she truly cares about her job and the customers, and it shows every single visit. Renee consistently turns a late night fast food run into a great experience, and she absolutely deserves recognition for it. Hope your manager sees this Renee!! Your effort shows and it’s makes me so happy to see you, when I come in!

These workers are insane, they know what there doing, they gave me great service, this im my 4th time in the past month but everytime I do not get disappointed. Dylan is an awesome worker who stays on task and never fails. And dont get me started on there amazing ultimate cheese burgers.

Visiting from North Carolina, and i went twice, and both times my service was phenomenal. I had staff who went above and beyond, very enthusiastic. I cannot remember the boy who helped us the first time but Renee was awesome, very high energy (at midnight mind you!), cracking jokes, and got everything done in a timely fashion. Its not often you remember a trip to the drive-thru at a fast food restaurant, but these guys here somehow managed to do just that. Raises are in order!

Problem is, the last several (more than 10) times I’ve ordered from doordash, I specifically select sweet and sour sauce for the egg rolls. Normally I’d choose ranch, but for some reason there’s no sauce options anymore. Whatever.
My point for reviewing is that several times I’ll get no sauce. Tonight, I got soy sauce. Which – unless I’m REALLY dyslexic, isn’t sweet & sour. So its either no sauce or wrong sauce.
Not a big issue. Nevertheless irritating, because unless nightshift can’t read the screen and receipt… then idk.
But hey, at least the churros are good!

I’ve ate here a few times and their quality is average for Jack in the box but I tried their barbeque fries and they’re not as aesthetically appealing as they’re advertised. Their portion seems short of medium and what I got was curly fries that were doused in their barbecue sauce and to some extent you do need a fork in order to eat half of it without getting your fingers all wet with barbecue sauce. The sauce did taste like barbecue at least, with a hint of spicy mesquite. It wasn’t worth the $2.50 mark up since i substituted the regular fries with the specialty fries. The Burger is the #2, double Jack. The window person always asks if i want sauces with my order, to the point where it’s just weird customer service. He asks me at the drive thru intercom, at the window. Even if the meal doesn’t come with anything that requires sauces, such as just a burger. Even as he’s giving me my goods in the parking lot, “Did you want sauces with that?” He asks, as he’s walking away. I’m not sure if he thinks he’s funny but after the third time, it’s just absurd.

Don’t waste your time or money here. They cannot seem to order anything and are always out of half the menu. We went through last night and they were out of fountain sodas??? Also no broccoli for the chicken bowl, so they just make it without for the same price. The Jack in the Box in Coeur d’Alene has never had this problem.

This location is fantastic, staff is amazing. Food is great as well. The driving through surrounding parking lot is a pain. Jack’s parking lot is really small, not many spots to park. Traffic as a drive-through though. Staff excels in there dive through, fast and efficient. My favorite local Jack’s to stop at when I visit Post Falls.

The staff on Christmas Eve were extraordinary. With a team of 1-2 people, they completed 30+ orders and continued to take more on, this “federal holiday” !! Please give this team praise for all they do, and understand they’re human beings too, and deserve grace for serving us !!
