I ordered pizza from here atleast once a week for my son’s because it’s their favorite take out.
A few days ago I picked up 2 pizzas, and found a bug in one of them. I called to inform the restaurant and get a refund. The manager responded by saying that the bug was not from the restaurant, that it wasn’t possible. They basically called me a liar and after a couple of long holds, unprofessionalism and bad customer service, they finally decided to give me a refund. I sure did drive the pizzas back to them so they can see for themselves I wasn’t lying. Such bad management. Wow! IT’S NOT EVEN ABOUT THE MONEY! The fact that you called me a liar over a few dollars is what disappointed me.

I’ve never had any issues at this location have been ordering from here for a while now. There’s been rare ocassions where my pizza hasn’t been up to par but that happens everywhere. I usually do a store pickup and is always ready by the time I arrive.

I frequent this little ceaser more often than others and that is because every time I would buy from here the pizza was fresh/hot or recently made. However recently the times I’ve gone, either the employees bump the time tags or they forget to toss/rotate the pizzas but I’ve been given pizza that has been in the warmer for far too long. The pizza I’ve gotten recently looked and tasted at least a half a day old. I couldn’t even eat two slices and I tossed the rest.

No more Hot and Ready. All pizzas are now $7 on the app. Even the cheese pizza. They now state that “hot and ready” is just what they call all their pizzas. They do not have readymade hot and ready any longer. I used to love little Caesars. But the three pizzas I picked up tasted like frozen pizzas. Little Caesars used to have soft, chewy crust with cream colored, melting cheese. These were practically burnt with crispy cheese, the crust was no longer soft and squishy, it was hard and had corn meal on it (did they reuse deep dish pizza crust they couldn’t sell?). I don’t know what this was, but it wasn’t little Caesars Pizza. I’m so disappointed.

I ordered one of there Hot-N-Ready pepperoni pizzas at 7:30 pm. I got home with it 5 minutes later and discovered it was not fresh and not cut! It tasted very old and had to cut it myself. A total waste of my money!

The manager on duty this evening had horrible customer service. Wanted to up charge me to a custom pizza from me ordering just a regular extra most bestest because I asked for light sauce and pepperoni on half. I’m asking for less ingredients! That’s crazy. I always order this for my young child and have been to quite a few locations and have never been told it would be more money. So disappointed in this location and the management. Would never come back to this location.
