Went in, based on the previous review. I’ll be fair, I used the app, I wanted some discounts, the food was great. The small issue was they left the bag on the corner, just no drink that I ordered.
Primarily problem was the service. I asked for help with the app, to use the coupons, with very young people behind the xounter. I get it, everyone may not use the app but employees of the store I would hope know thier own system, but not here. No idea how it worked and no care to assist, just walked away from me like I was the plague.
Just be honest, food is good, service stinks!

The girl with the long black hair that was working the night of (3/2/25) 8pm was rude to my husband when he asked what the sides were for our 3 kids meals (i forgot to tell him) she was extremely annoyed for whatever reason. Came home to find out part our sandwhiches we ordered were made incorrectly basically what i ordered was on my husbands sandwhich an what he ordered was on mine… when i explained to her they were wrong she got annoyed an tried to tell me thats how i ordered them… i proceeded to tell her no an even showed her my ordered on the app once again she was complainging out loud.. she did remake the sandwhiches all while saying “ughhh” “omg” out loud when customers would walk in.

I ordered with the app 2 footlong sandwiches that were different. I asked for one to be toasted, they didn’t get this right but they did dress it up extremely well. Even though they missed, something they made it up. Very pleased.
