I got the saddest looking bucket of chicken yesterday. 3 tiny pieces and no large ones. The chicken was not up to par either. I have never been disappointed with KFC chicken before. How do mess that up. The kicker who ever filled up the fries put so few in there it almost seemed spiteful. I ordered online so I couldn’t have made him mad. Idk..I would suggest if you can go to other KFC in the area.. it’s probably worth going out of your way to avoid this one.

If I could give negative stars I would. We’ve ordered here a couple times. It’s always wrong, something’s always missing, they are always out of something, and it’s very rarely fresh. The worst managed store in pleasant view.

They never have anything, no chicken, no chicken nuggets their always running out of sides dishes, cole slaw, mac cheese. They are always busy you would think they would have more food in stock. If you can go somewhere else don’t go to this KFC

Ordered 5 piece tender meal, took 38 min, during that time I could see the kitchen. Gloves were handling more than food. It looked nasty and greasy on the prep tables. The men’s restroom was nasty, really could commit on the food refused to eat. It gave it to us stray. Wast of $13.43.

I would go back if the food wasn’t good because the staff there were the kindest and sweetest people I have met in a fast food restaurant! I wish I knew their names. Excellent service and the chicken was delicious as all KY fried chicken should be. The exit is 24. Very impressed with the workers ! Check it out !

RenMar in Pleasant View. I showed up at 7:30pm to see 3 of the employees sitting in the lobby not doing anything. Walked up to the counter and saw another employee sitting on the counter with her feet up. She hopped off and told me they had no chicken at all. What? Last week they were out of nachos. How are they able to stay open? KFC = chicken & Taco Bell = nachos.
I will never visit this building again and makes me hesitant to visit either name again. The employees seem to have the ability to do whatever they want and don’t have food. They should all be fired and the franchise owner should just fold up shop. Sad excuse for a KFC or Taco Bell.

Would give 0 stars if I could. Ordered my food, told the employee when I ordered that I had a coupon and he told me to tell the girl when we paid, waited 40 min in line so the guy could flirt with his co-worker instead of doing his job and then get to the window and we are told, we don’t accept coupons at this location, by the same 16 year old that took our order. This is the third and final strike for this location as the last two times I come to get food they have either closed early (with not even so much as hand written sign on the door) or don’t have the sides I want and I was not told until I came up to pay. I have worked food and bev before. I know it is not an easy job, but this location needs some retraining and to learn that it is better to tell people information up front and not just want they think people want to hear.
