I ordered two subs that cost over $28, which is a ridiculous price for two subs from Subway and that’s not even the most frustrating part of my experience. While one of your workers was preparing the second sub, he noticed multiple bugs on the vegetables that were already placed on the sub. Then he told the other worker about the bugs and asked if I wanted the sub that bugs were just removed from or have him make me a new one. Seriously? I had him make a new one. During that time, the other worker rushed a couple past my order and ended up giving my first made sub to them on accident. Only after I got home and opened them up did I realize that the subs had been switched. I live too far away from the store to just go back and explain what they had done. I tried calling the phone number associated with this location but after ringing multiple times, it gave only a fax sound. Extremely dissatisfied and disappointed with the lack of quality or care. I ended up throwing away a subway I didn’t order or want, but paying for regardless. I won’t ever be eating Subway again and will recommend anyone else to steer clear of Subway for good.

Whoever was working tonight I didn’t catch their names. But the girl was made disrespectful because the guy worker was trying to give her pointers on how to make a sandwich on flatbread and she just rolled her eyes and kept making the other sandwich’s. Yall need to do more training on how to make sandwich on flatbread cause they clearly don’t know common sense.

Putting 2-3 of something doesn’t count as extra. It was clearly marked MORE for black olives, added to the comment to add extra, AND I tipped which isn’t required.. thought it would be motivation to actually read the order. Do better, this was extremely disappointing and I live out of town where there’s no grocery store to get ingredients. Even if you don’t agree with a sandwich topping or think it’s too much, that’s not up to you. I can literally count on 1 hand how many were put. Despicable

I was having trouble with the kiosk to order my food. I had a super friendly guy with great customer service come help me. He helped me with the touch screen because i had to touch it a million times for it to go. It wasn’t showing my order right, which isn’t the employees fault. It sucks to have great workers but the equipment isn’t up to par so they get blamed for it. Great customer service but the store needs updated equipment. Hopefully you don’t lose your great workers Thanks for your help Kyle!

Ivan, Conner, and the girl they were working with Saturday 9th around 1-2 o’clock. Definitely needs supervision to watch how they treat their customers. I am from out of town and have never been treated more horrible than I have at this subway. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Literally got off work, worked 6am to about 8:45. Ordered food for delivery because I was exhausted and the food we got compared to what I ordered was wrong. I was a little bit upset and wanted to talk to the manager and I said a refund would be great and the only thing the lady said she could do is refund the half my son didn’t get and could maybe remake it. I’ve never ordered from this store and will NEVER order from them again. Also, I am not mad at the kid that made it, I’m mad at the way this was handled by “management”. So if they would like me to remove this review and make it right let me know.

Last night we ordered online, when we got there to pick up the so said our order was ready. It was not. They didn’t have the meat for one of the sandwiches. We decided to only get the one and asked for a credit back. The poor girl was new and it was crazy busy. She had to call her manager, we left and said just credit it back to the card. Well guess what, her manager refused. I didn’t get half my order and paid for it. Poor customer service manager. Never leave new employees alone on a busy Friday.

That supervisor lady is very rude. When I got there they said i could use a coupon for 2 people but when n it came time to ring it up she wouldn’t let me use it for 2 people. I told her they told me I could use for 2. She rudely told me, ” eell I’m telling you now you cannot.
This is not the first time I’ve encountered rudeness from her. Last time I was there she told me she was too busy to take out the 2 foot cookie…. and there was no one else in the store.
She also told me when I chose the orange cheese, she bitterly told me it was just white cheese with orange dye in it. She does not belong in food service.
Everytime I go there I remind myself I don’t have to put up with that. Don’t go there unless you are okay with being treated rudely. Sandwiches are good. The service is very rude. Just by the manager lady.

Went through drive thru for a ONE ITEM pickup and was rudely told to go inside lobby because they were “slammed” once i entered the lobby there was only TWO customers and my “completed” pickup was going to be another 5 minute wait. I’m not one to leave reviews for places but this was actually so ridiculous! Not to mention once I got my one dipper it was practically empty and I got a couple drips of sauce in my container, please step it up subway this is sad!
