Just got a stuffed pretzel pizza from here. They are out of the ability to give change but! This is the best freaking pizza I have ever gotten from a little Caesar’s. Like. The guy expedited the pizza before he handed it to us. Making sure it was salted and made properly. Seriously just so impressed with this location. Thank you for the Friday night treat!

First of all, they couldn’t understand anything we were saying which made it hard to communicate what we wanted with them and they got our pizza wrong 3 times before we just gave up and left. Then when we got home we saw that our breadsticks were black, burnt, and as hard as a rock. Super super disappointed, but it’s too far of a drive to go back. Just wish they could’ve at least given us decent bread sticks when we paid for them and they could even get our pizza right. Ended up not eating any of our food we paid for.

All of the dough was raw and flat and had basically no sauce on it. The breadsticks where raw as well. I did not order flat crust. First picture is of the breadsticks. Just gross!

They advertise your pizza will have over 100 old world pepperoni on it. Must of been an old world War going on cuz I doubt mine had even 50 on it, maybe 25 actually. I know I ate a piece before I took a pic…my bad. It had 3 pepperoni on it. What a complete disappointment and I will never buy this again. Sure looked like the complete opposite of their pic too. Smh I’ve never been this disappointed in Lil Ceasars. $11 bucks for that pizza.

Called this location a guy answered with hello. I had to ask if this was little Ceasars and he said yes. Most businesses with customer service would have answered little Ceasars how may I help you. Then I asked about a speciall they had and if I could add a topping and he said no bro you can5 change the menu with an attitude. I’ve been shopping with little Ceasars for over 30 years in different states with the military. I will no longer shop with them because it seems the owners don’t care with this franchise. If I could have given a zero rating, I would have.

I ordered delivery and was not made aware before it would be delivered by DoorDash. The food wasn’t even properly sealed so essentially some random person was given free access to the food and they took a VERY long time for what was a 5 minute drive. I’ll be throwing out the food and will never try Little Caesar’s again. This was my first time ordering Little Caesar’s in my adult life. No thanks.

I have been to the Callow Avenue location twice now and have had great experiences. The pizza was truly hot and ready when I got there, just 10 minutes after ordering, and it was delicious! Great customer service, too. Everyone in a good mood, even though the second time I went they were really busy and big smiles. Hellos and goodbyes, too! I will be back again soon.

I called in an order and asked them to make a mash up of two different menu items to create the pizza I wanted and they said “Yeah, that’s not on the menu but we can do that for you”.
My pizza was on time for pick up and the staff was working hard but still very kind.
