Got there a 730 pm door was open. Went in and ordered and was asked if it was to go or dine in and said dine in. As I got my food to sit down, they turned out the lights. Now, I am sitting in a dimly lit seat, and a guy comes out and starts clearing the area. He starts wiping down the seat I’m sitting at. How rude. If you don’t want someone dining in, don’t give that option. Will never patronize this establishment again.

The food was good, I’m particularly fond of Burger King for fast food, although at this location it wasn’t really served that fast. We dined in, and it was clear they were prioritizing drive through orders above ours, but I’ve worked that kind of job before so it was understandable. Using the restroom was a hassle, as it was not only locked, but required an employee to open it instead of a code. The soda machine required a code as well. I understand that this location is right on Pacific but these measures seemed a little extreme, especially considering how nice and warm and inviting the interior atmosphere was. But it tasted good, and I’ll definitely come back here.

I came here again today and had an absolutely amazing experience. The food was super fresh and hot, served quick, and the service was excellent. The employee was really friendly, helpful, and even made a lunch item for me even though it was breakfast.

Burger King stands out compared to other fast food places — fresher and way more delicious. The ingredients taste fresh and the burgers are genuinely satisfying. You can feel the quality.

They are still not serving burgers at this location, only chicken they said. Its been this way for months since 2025. Ive never seen a burger king with the inability to make beef burgers for this long before. Terrible management.

Burger King has been a great place to enjoy a whopper. I love their fries and the atmosphere is great and clean.

The breakfast sandwiches are so much better than McDonald’s. This is a new location close to Des Moines which is great because all we really had before they opened a Red Robin and Jack in the Box.
