It’s just a regular Panda Express, though i would say some of my rice was a little bit dry but it didn’t bother me that much. Pretty cheap, good place to go if you’re a student like me. I paid $13 for a plate and a small drink, I could say that they could add more stuff to make the atmosphere less, plain?
Staff was nice, another good thing is that this place is a lot less busy than the one in la cumbre since most people go all the way over there and forget there’s one in state but other than that, it’s just a normal Panda Express?

Your typical Panda Express where the line moves fast and the food is good. The only thing missing was that the orange chicken had cooled down a little. Fresh batches are always so good. Kung Pao Chicken was great as usual. Surprisingly there’s kale in the veggies

Sadly, the quality has gone down drastically in the last few years. Orange chicken has been overcooked, dry and lukewarm. The ‘fried rice’ was a type of ‘minute rice’ with no flavor whatsoever! The ‘greens’ were lacking flavor also, very bland and very soggy too!! Shrimp was soggy as well, as were the Spring rolls which were terrible, tasteless and no sweet and sour! Very unhappy with their substandard quality and hope they return to the way it was in the beginning….and it’s quite expensive for what you get! UPDATE: Food poisoning!!!! After a couple of hours, nausea and vomiting began, stomach pains for 2 days, thought I was gonna die!! Not only is the food sub-par, it could be deadly too!! Go to a good Chinese or Thai restaurant and skip it!!

If you’re craving some tasty Chinese food and don’t want to wait long, this Panda Express in Santa Barbara is worth a visit. Their chow mein and orange chicken are particularly delicious, and I highly recommend trying them. However, I had a disappointing experience when I dined at the Paseo Nuevo location last night around 8:30 PM. The line was extremely long, with only one staff member serving customers, resulting in a 15-minute wait just to place an order. Additionally, many of the food containers were empty, limiting the available options. While I understand it was close to closing time, they should have still been serving until 9 PM, not 8:30 PM. On a positive note, the employee working diligently managed to handle the pressure and prepare our food efficiently. Overall, I suggest avoiding this location at night, but it’s still a decent place to eat during other times.

Ordered threw Uber eats and was charged multiple times for the same order a total of 3 times and when I told them about it and showed my statements they said they would refund my money in 10 days been 2 weeks now and apparently it’s been too long now and that the order was completed so they couldn’t do anything about it. over charged me 185 dollars. Never ordering threw them again I’m still trying to dispute this.
