Placed my order at 11:07. Walked into the store at 11:45. My order was still not ready at 11:50. Left with three sandwiches that have bread. Only ordered one sandwich with bread, clearly states on receipt and unwhich was ordered.
Call the store at 11:56, to inform my order was not received appropriately. Needless to say I was hung up on the manager times three, so of course that just angers me more and I call back. I had no problem calling corporate and letting them know about their unprofessionalism at this store.
Now there’s nothing freaky fast fresh about waiting almost an hour for an order. They want us to use these apps, then they don’t want to pay attention to their tickets! Maybe instead of standing back in the corner talking and getting paid to do nothing we actually do our job and help make the tickets upfront! I then was asked by their not so appropriate manager to never return to her store!

Placed an order and went to get it on break at work. Called the store to see where it was and they couldn’t get ahold of the driver.. finally an hour after I placed the order I called and they said they dropped it at the gate and I was standing at the west gate like the instructions said. I went to write a 1 star review and I had already gave them a 1 star review last year so I had to delete to leave another.. dilevery drivers should have to know east from west. If I could get a less review then this id give no stars. Do yourself a favor and pick it up. 1 hour for a dilevery 2 blocks away in not freaky fast. When i called and asked the manager (Zach) for the corporate number he said he didnt have it. Told me to get online and find it.

This was wildly disappointing, I’m an assistant manager with a separate Jimmy John’s in another state– and I would never let my staff get away with some of the things that I saw, like not wearing hats! this is crazy to me! half the staff wasn’t in proper uniform either– wearing sandals, some not even wearing Jimmy John shirts! I’m also pretty certain that one of the employees was vlogging her entire shift. This entire store feels so unprofessional, the seats weren’t clean, and my food wasn’t as good as other Jimmy John’s I’ve visited while in Missouri. Very disappointed.

i usually love my jimmy john’s here but they don’t a careful look at their orders. I ordered a fan feast and not only did they give me the wrong chips, they forgot my straw and didn’t give me my pickle spear that was suppose to come with the box. very disappointed.

Night manager? Constantly live on tik tok. Nobody is in uniform, no hats, random shirts, wearing sandals which is a safety hazard. The one guys beard is literally halfway down his chest. Barely ever see anyone with an apron. No mayo scoop causing inconsistent portioning. Never see anyone washing their hands. This makes the brand look terrible. I should honestly contact corporate so they can do an audit. This is actually sad. Do better

Listen, I usually don’t have a problem with this location. But I did today. Pay better attention to your orders. I ordered 2 sandwiches, one was made right. The other was just supposed to be turkey, cheese and mayo. They put extra stuff on it, went back and asked them to redo it, and they still didn’t get it right. They just gave us turkey and bacon. No cheese or mayo anywhere in sight. I was also supposed to receive a brownie and I did not.

Placed an online order for curbside and arrived at the store and waited 30 minutes with no one in the store and 3 people working and the sandwich just sitting on the counter not marked as ready still.

Rewards can only be redeemed online now apparently, which is disappointing, as why order online when I plan on eating in store. They also refuse to cut my sandwich into two, even after requesting this when placing order. Has happened last 4 times I have gone.

I’ve gone here several times over the past month and each time the French bread on the subs has been hard and stale on the bottom half of the baguette to the point it could break a tooth. Each time this was also early in the afternoon between 12 PM and 2 PM, so if the bread was made fresh around 11 AM per corporate policy it shouldn’t have been hard or stale at all.

The bread was just sitting out on the rack completely uncovered and drying out like used to be done in The Middle Ages and The Roman Empire which I thought we had advanced past over the centuries but apparently we have reverted. This would be like at home if you bought a loaf of bread from the grocery store and just left the bag open forever until you decided to eat it.

The bread is supposed to be covered in plastic wrapping on the rack or at a minimum it’s supposed to be stored in sealed plastic bins to prevent it from losing moisture and drying out. All this while a fly was buzzing around that could have landed on the completely exposed bread multiple times.

I could also tell that the employees knew that they weren’t following corporate standards about bread quality and just didn’t care as is typical these days in most fast food restaurants. This all while paying $10 for a sub sandwich with stale, crunchy, barely edible bread.

Of course, there was an entirely different set of employees in the store two months ago when the bread was cooked and stored properly and was always fresh and soft on a regular basis.

Get your store and its lack of standards under control if you want it to last.
