I used to love this location a few years ago and would come every couple of days during my breaks or after work. Now since moving on this side of town, it’s been a complete turn around. Everytime I go, my order is either wrong or the taste is off. My fries are always hard, as well as the chicken.
Not to mention, once I went and saw them using old, hard fries that were sitting up for people’s food. This place has just gone downhill. The quality of the food has taken a huge turn. Which is crazy because the price only seems to be going up every visit. I’m disappointed.

Order was made wrong and was asked to pay to remake the order and the second order was wrong as well but didn’t know about that second order until I got home. I used to love going to this place but their attention detail and lack of care for customers I will no longer be going to these establishments.

Have been wanting to try Kiki’s for quite a while now. Finally got the opportunity to the other day and I was not disappointed.
Food was delicious. Ores the bone in wings, Kiki’s fries with chicken and chicken tenders. The whole family was very happy with our food. The kikis fries were great! Sauces were also very good.
Service was great. Friendly and had our food very quick. They did have a few other people in there at the same time and we all got our food promptly.
I would definitely recommend this place to anyone in the mood and I myself will definitely be returning.

This Kiki’s is a disappointment. The shoe string fries were horrible and hard to eat. It’s like I got the end of the bag or something. Super small and very crunchy. The chicken I feel has gotten smaller. My first tender was two bites. I felt like I wasted my money. When I left I was still hungry. At the other establishments I leave so full I can barely move. If you stay here and eat make sure you do not sit against the wall if you have a shirt you love. My shirt kept snagging on the wall. Great idea for the wall but needs to sanded down or something. I won’t be coming back for a long time. To bad I use to give these places 5 stars.

WAY nicer than the other Kiki’s I go to! Fast service. Nice eating area. Patio seating. Super clean. Friendly staff. The chicken is always good, but that goes without saying with any Kiki’s!

The person I interacted with gave off owner/manager energy. Super kind and attentive. The food was immaculate. My husband stated it’s the first Kiki’s where he felt like the fries were fully cooked, seasoned and topped. Definitely recommend

Such a treat. Something new and exciting for the tastebuds. I recommend OG with tatertots and some sliders. The portions are HUGE. Make sure you are either starving or love leftovers (they reheat really well though). Staff was so friendly. Definately in my top 5 favs.

Good food. Was surprisingly not greasy like other chicken restaurants. I got the Kiki fries which were pretty dang good but it was a little heavy on the sauce and ruined the last few bites but other than that the food was outstanding

DISGRACEFUL! I’ve never encountered such a rude and disrespectful employee!
I came back with the same cup I had previously purchased from this place, which comes with free refills, only to be approached by an extremely rude and aggressive staff member demanding I pay for the cup again — even though it was clearly their own branded cup! The attitude was beyond unprofessional — it was arrogant, hostile, and completely unacceptable. I felt like I was being scolded instead of being treated like a customer.
This experience was an absolute disaster. With this kind of treatment, I never want to hear this brand’s name again. I will never return, and I’ll make sure to tell everyone I know to STAY AWAY.
Either train your staff properly or shut the place down.
