I just moved to the Heber area, and when the staff learned of this they offered me a free drink! I tried the Mistletoe Rebel and it was delicious!
The staff were incredibly friendly and engaging. The store was clean inside and out. I would like to extend a special shoutout to Hiram (I hope I spelled that correctly) who serviced me via the drive-thru.

The best place to get your coffee. I have been going to this location in Orem, Utah since they have been open. The baristes are friendly and get your order right the first time. The competition across the street is a big downer. I stop on my way to work and on the weekends. I have been such a regular that my car is recognizable and my order is ready when I drive up! ♀️

I love Dutch as a whole. But the one in heber – is not my favorite. Anytime I go to the walk up window to order the girls will ignore you. And it doesn’t matter how hard you knock – they ignore you.

I usually enjoy visiting this coffee shop, as it has a welcoming atmosphere. However, whenever this particular employee is working, my experience tends to be unpleasant. She always seems impatient and speaks very quickly, as if she is rushing through the ordering process every time. Today, when I tried to read her an order I found online, she was aggressive and impatient, which made me super uncomfortable and prompted me to rush through my order just to end the interaction.
On a brighter note, another employee with brown hair noticed I was upset, and she offered me my drink for free. Her friendly attitude made a difference in the interaction, and I regret not asking for her name so I could thank her properly!

What a busy Dutch Bro’s! Their drive thru line was long, so we went up to the order window (this was at 9am). Great service and coffee! The soft top is delicious.

I love the coffee here, but the service today isn’t even worth one star. The vehicle in front of mine was apparently a friend of the young man working there. They sat and visited, then he went along with the vehicle until it left, never a drink ordered. Then the car that merged in front of me was apparently also friends and perhaps an off-duty employee. She sat at the window and visited with the other young man working the window. I’ve never had to wait that long at any other store or even this one in the past. I understand wanting to see/visit with your friends, but paying customers should come first. As a former coffee shop owner myself, I always tip and tip well. Today was the first time I’ve never tipped a barista, but it was completely warranted.

Honestly, it’s my first time at Dutch Bros and I just came in to get my cousin a simple coffee, but I was blown away by the service
I believe Kennedy was the girls name who was working in the drive-through and she was absolutely phenomenal, ended up, sneaking a sip of my cousin’s drink, and it was absolutely delicious. I will be back not only for the drinks, but for the exceptional service

The staff at Dutch Bros is absolutely marvelous. They are kind, caring, and jovial on an every day basis. Over the past few months my fiance has gone through a very rough situation. The staff have consistently asked her how things have been going with the situation, if she was okay, and in general have shown a care that goes above and beyond what is asked of them given their position. For that I am thankful to them. The staff here is fantastic.
Also based off the sips of coffee I’ve “borrowed” from my fiance I’d say their coffee is delicious.
