The Indian lady that works here has a bad attitude and plays in your food. She mushed my bread and then set there with her hand rested in my bread waiting on the toaster. That was very disrespectful, long as she work there this store will never get my money again.

It was my first time coming to this subway. When you walk into an establishment , I expect to be greeted. I was greeted a few minutes after . I ordered a Philly cheesesteak sub on the Italian 5 herb bread. The customer service was OKAY . The sandwich was pretty good . The location is what it is , it’s broad River. The establishment definitely could’ve been cleaner .

Ive been here three times and I order online for pick up and I order extra cheese and have never received extra cheese once. It seems small, but when its repetitive, it becomes deliberate. If im paying $1.50 for two extra slices of American Cheese, its not like its coming out of their pocket. I just had to switch to a different store than actually gives me what I pay for.

Mobile ordered a breakfast wrap thinking (worst case scenario) it drops to room temp by the time I get home. I pick it up early and it’s already made. I take it home to discover it’s not a wrap, they’ve given me a footling instead (without telling me) and they couldn’t even be bothered to heat the eggs before/during/after making the sandwich. Not trying to get food poisoning from undercooked food. Don’t bother coming here for a toasted sandwich unless you plan on toasting it yourself at home.

Did a online order. I went in to pick it up and told the lady she asked for my name and said its not ready and walked away and started making other peoples orders. I stood there and waited because they were a little busy so I gave them some extra time to make it. Then a little bit later the guy comes up to the register after ringing up a customer and i told him i am still waiting on my online order. He looks and says oh its not ready yet. I said i know i ordered it over a half hour ago online and been waiting and let the other lady know. He proceeded to make my subs. He was fast about it but when we got home to eat the subs the cheeseteak bread was rock hard couldnt even eat it and had nothing on it i asked for. Never again will return here.
