Are they still open? Last time I ordered online I drove there for pickup and the lights were out and it seemed closed up, this was like 6:30 on a Saturday, so I was a little surprised.
Good food, service is fine if a little spotty like this past time I ordered and nobody was home. Friendly when they are there. Atmosphere is always kinda weird with the people who work there’s little kids running around the place, but I don’t mind it.

Got a small pepperoni pizza, <$10! Was delicious. The texture of the crust was perfect, had a crispy outside and soft inside. The sauce was excellent and a perfect amount! The sauce was the star of the show. First time customer but will definitely return.

I called to place an order and the man on the phone was super sweet and very helpful . My food order came within maybe 30 minutes and I was shocked it was so quick. .everything was hot and fresh and just how I asked for it. The steak hoagie was amazing. I got the family special which was a pizza one topping, whole hoagie, bread sticks, and a 2 liter which was legit like 10 dollars cheaper when another place by me and they offered same deal and it was only a plain cheese pizza so this was a steal for sure for the quality. Def will order again.

They got my brother and my order wrong. He ordered pepperoni and spinach pizza but only seen spinach, he asked was there pep under the cheese they said “yes” but it was a lie and we were charged. I ordered a steak pizza with only steak as the topping but I was met with way more topping than I wanted like mushrooms and more. Not a great place to get pizza tbh pizza was mid aswell

Lupi’s is excellent if Old World or Jersey style pizza is your thing then you are set! Absolutely love their Sausage and Roasted red pepper pizza! Highly recommend. their prices are really reasonable! My #1 delivery place!

This place has trash customer service. I waited for 2 hours for my order because the delivery driver couldn’t find my house 7 minutes away when I was standing out front.The food was cold and when I called to ask for a manager I was just put on hold until disconnected.Also I never signed to tip or get a copy of the receipt. You get zero stars.

Placed an order 8/20/25 at 10:40 PM. They charged my card, and then canceled our order an hour after it was placed. Nobody answered the phone. Not only did we not get food, but they ruined any chance of ordering elsewhere since everything else in the area was now closed. Avoid this scam of a “restaurant”.
Update 8/26/2025: I contacted Lupi’s on 8/23 to request a refund because they did not refund my money automatically despite canceling my order. An employee told me that I would receive a call back from a manager, but I never did. I was forced to contact my bank and provide evidence of the canceled order so I could dispute the charge. Save your time/money and just order elsewhere. For a great alternative, I highly recommend Pelegrino’s on Babcock Blvd.

Ordered a pizza online at night. App said they were open and food would be ready at 1:20 a.m. got there sign said open all lights were off and door was locked. Called repeatedly no answer. So they basically stole my 30 dollars. Sent an email on their webpage 3 days ago and received no response. I wonder how many people they do this to? If you aren’t open you shouldn’t be taking orders online. Hopefully someone working their will address my issue.

Completely ignored when standing at the register for a while. They forgot to make the hoagie we ordered. Asked for the hoagie to be unbaked/cold. Got it hot with scraps of veggies thrown onto it. They cut the top half of the hoagie but not the bottom? And added a few small pieces of chicken to the breaded chicken hoagie

UPDATE: It’s really sad how the owner would rather argue with me than realize that his ordering apps all said he was closed last night too.
Their hours are incorrect, they are NOT 24/7. I just tried ordering online and calling, but they’re already closed tonight. The message when you call is completely unhelpful, it says no hours.
Please update your hours so people know when to try your pizza and give you 5 stars!
