Had to test this place out. It’s a pretty darn good burger. I give it a 6.7 out of 10 on the burger scale. This restaurant is large plenty of seating. Also the parking lot is large outside plenty of parking. I take your order quickly and get your food out fast.. I noticed they even have a drive-thru. If you’re looking for a quick burger this place does it right.

every time I come here, my food is fresh and it taste good. My only issue is the customer service. The customer service sucks. I discovered Tom’s Super Burgers when I came down from Camarillo to visit several childhood haunts earlier this year. A super place. Great find. This was my third visit. They serve a LOT of food! Reminds me of The Red Wagon between Bakersfield and Shafter. The Gal who runs it vowed that no one is to leave her place hungry, so the portions she serves are huge. Same with TSB. Plus, the meat they use in their nachos is wonderfully seasoned. I am perhaps not the best critic because I am easy to please, but I now use TSB as an excuse to make the hour-plus drive to visit over 8 cities in the general area. For anyone, it’s at least worth one try!

I ordered 2 chicken sandwiches, I got 2 cheeseburgers. Their English is super bad. Not an issue for me I don’t care about a language barrier, but they really cannot understand what you’re saying. This has happened to me several times here. Apart from that, the service is terrible. If you ask for sauce, employees make it seem like a huge burden. The food is OK. Not amazing, not disgusting.

Neighborhood staples like Tom’s Super Burger have been around forever, and for good reason. They serve really good food, in ridiculous portions and at very reasonable prices. One example is their Burritos, which technically should be served on a plate and eaten with a knife and fork. Don’t even think about ordering one in the Drive-Thru and trying to eat it as you’re cruising down the road. Both hands are required just to pick it up, let alone, eat it. So I suggest, that you munch on your fries until you get where you’re going and park your car. Then you can give your Burrito the attention that it deserves. Also, have extra napkins handy. Enjoy.
