Extraordinary customer service! We just happened to find a really great ice cream shop. Look at our banana splits! Not only did we get to choose our scoops of ice cream in our banana splits this man makes some amazing ice cream in many different flavors. Milkshakes, sundaes, cones, bowls and more. Ice cream made fresh here. Great local business. A place you could take your family, your date, or self. Definitely going back did I mention they have punch card the 11th Ice cream is free. Must try if you have never been here. You won’t regret it. Prices are great. Very clean establishment. Thank you North West Ice Cream can’t wait to go back!

We absolutely love this place! Everything is handmade and high quality. The ice cream is fresh, creamy, and flavorful. The flavors chosen are both interesting and classic. The waffle cones and bowls have a perfect balance of crispy and tender with a great flavor the complements the ice cream. The owner is friendly and clearly cares about making really great ice cream. And to top it off, the shop is beautifully decorated- cheerful but not tacky.

Hands down the best ice cream I have EVER had, bar none, no hyperbole. Hand made on the premises by proprietor Ivan. I had pumpkin spice, made with real pumpkin and ginger, and quince and pear sorbet (vegan and dairy free), also with the real fruit … Ivan even brought out a quince, locally sourced, to show us what they look like. Both tasted so good and authentic to the ingredients. WE WILL BE BACK!!!
Update 10/19: We went back! New flavors … This time I had a half scoop of Cinnamon with a half scoop of Almond with Thyme. Lovely creative gourmet flavors for grownups, but plenty for kids to like too.

We moved to the area a year ago and have been meaning to come check out this shop since. Today was finally the day. Holy man, this place was fabulous! We had 7 different flavors: mango and strawberry sorbet (SO GOOD!!!) , cookies and cream, double chocolate, birthday cake, peppermint, and rocky road. We have officially found our ice cream shop. And the gal helping us (Wesley) was wonderful. She was so kind to my children and made the experience even better than it just being about the fantastic ice cream. I can’t recommend enough.

We always enjoy coming in here to get ice cream and their ice cream is the best in Washington County. You will not find fresh ice cream like this anywhere else. I appreciate how the ingredients (like the fruit) are locally sourced from farms and integrated into creating seasonal flavors. I highly recommend the 2319 or Salted Caramel as these are the original flavors.

Meh. The person working was nice, but the three flavors my group got were all bland (double chocolate brownie, 2329, and strawberry). It was nothing special.

The best strawberry ice cream I’ve EVER had. It’s not your a faintly strawberry flavored cream with chunks of slimy strawberry. No fruit chunks, no seeds, just delicious authentic natural strawberry flavor. The chocolate was so good too. In an age where ice cream is basically just skim milk, sugar, and gums, Great NW blows it out of the water. I like that the owner is straightforward and just makes really freakin good ice cream. If I wanted yapping and crap ice cream I’d go to Trader Joe’s or Dutch Bros.
