Called ahead to order after making a mistake trying to order online.
Young lady who answered phone was very cordial, very coherent, and very patient.
When I picked up my sandwich, young lady at window was same—friendly, polite.
Whoever made my sandwich deserves a medal. It may be one of the best, most perfectly made Subway sandwiches I’ve had in years.
Usually the tomato is against the bread which makes it soggy. Whoever made my sandwich, place the tomato on the inside away from the bread— thank you very much; I hate soggy bread. Also, all the vegetables were neatly stacked and lined up and were not skimpy nor slimy, which sometimes vegetables at Subways can be— I’ve eaten at Subways all over in multiple states.
This sandwich was perfect!

So I pulled up to subway was going to order me a tuna sub now dont get me wrong yes our car is a little loud so after a few minutes the lady that was taking our order got rude and said can you pull around to the window , we did just that and when she came to the window she greeted me by raising her voice at me i proceeded to to ask for her managers name and saw her name on her tag her name was Dena so after I drove off I called to ask to talk to the manager and she put some girl name sierra on the phone that didn’t even sound professional and sounded like a child! Needless to say I never got my food! Like wow just very rude you never know what someone is going through be kind and if you are employed in customer service this is unacceptable

I got a doordash delivery I asked for no pizza sauce since it was a option, it with pizza sauce no biggie it happens can’t eat it though, I ordered again a few days later this time I call after I place the order to make sure. Told me they already made it basically said yea we put it on there don’t care already made it take it how it is. I work in food and this is so lazy and unprofessional if you mess up a order you remake you have no idea what people can be allergic to. Especially if they paid for it.

I know I know. It’s subway. Hear me out people of Google. For quick easy pizza subway rocks. Let us put away the sandwiches for the moment. Subway really does make a good deep dish pizza. Super cheesy. Fresh veggies. Tangy sauce. If you haven’t had their pizza give it a shot. It like 5 to 6 bucks. You really can’t lose.

I had lost my faith in getting food anywhere in Henderson. I took a chance on this subway with it being in a convenient location and looking presentable. I was pleasantly surprised by my service received; Fast, friendly, and accurate. I will definitely keep this place in mind the next time I’m hungry for lunch. Thank you.

employees were to busy horsing around. one of them played with the other 2 employees hair, and used the same gloves to make food. looks like adult supervision is needed, customers waiting inside and outside of store while they are playing around.

Been to this location twice since the virus started. Same 2 people working there, and both times our order has been wrong. This time there was no cheese on either sandwich, cold, wrong sauce, and no jalapenos. Skinny dude working the register was rude and didn’t offer a receipt. Truck in front of us had to honk because he just gave them their stuff and forgot their drinks and cookies and walked away from the window. Won’t be coming back as long as they’re continuing to be rude and mess up orders.
