Great pizzas here! But I had a super weird experience on 2.7.26 around 1pm. I walked in to pick up my carry out order and the young lady says they messed up and made my pizza a medium so “here go ahead and take it for free” and hands me the pizza. A young man hops out of no where and yells “no wait” and took the pizza back. I didn’t ask for the extra pizza but to offer it and take it out of my hands was pretty wild hahaha def a unique and one of a kind experience.

This Domino’s is the best I’ve ever been to. The staff are always super kind and understanding. The atmosphere that each staff member brings is what makes it so special. You can tell that these folks are dedicated to bringing a smile to your face by sharing kindness and the joys of food. No matter rain or shine, they will always do car-side delivery with a smile on their faces. Special shoutout to Ena, they are very kind and are a highlight at this Domino’s.

Earlier this evening, we ordered two specialty pizzas. The delivery came at a timely fashion, and we are grateful for that. However, after eating, our whole family is feeling a little nauseous. Time will tell if it was food poisoning. The delivery woman looked disheveled and was covered in piercings. I don’t want to judge based on appearances, but I think there needs to be a bit more professionalism and higher standards in how your employees present themselves.

I read the other recent reviews but I risked it anyway! Glad I did. Ordered carryout and my pizza was fantastic, tasty and hot with generous toppings.
Ordered the $10.99 5 topping carryout special. Swapped in Alfredo sauce with mushrooms, onions, sausage, green pepper and pineapple.
The two staff members were very helpful and pleasant.

I was pretty disappointed with the time to deliver, inaccurate pizza creation (they delivered something other than what we ordered) and the complete absence of our third item.
The delivery man, John, was nice and polite, but why 40 minutes late without a call?
We order 90 minutes in advance.

The pizza was awful and the delivery driver almost ran into my apartment building front grass area never will order again I wouldn’t recommend anyone EVER even think about getting pizza from here then no one would answer the phone to help and then when they did they hung up on me 3 different times. 0 stars

Pizza was soggy mush, chicken was inedible (cold fatty chicken wings) and the icing for the cinnamon bread was replaced with blue cheese dressing. Summary: Wrong pizza, sad lava cake, false promises.
Unbelievably poor customer service coupled with poorly prepared food from this location. I usually enjoy Domino’s over the other pizza chains, but this location has me questioning my Domino’s loyalty. I ordered a jalapeno, sausage, and green pepper medium pizza, and got just a cheese pizza. I called the store and asked for a refund and they promised me that they would send a gift card via email. I gave them 24 hours, which I think is reasonable, and then called them again the next day to ask about the gift card. The person answered that they have a long list of emails to work through for gift cards. This is obviously not a reassuring statement. It has been 72 hours and I still have not received said gift card for my refund.
The next piece of sadness came in the shape of these lava cakes pictured below. Even with the wrong pizza, I was hoping to be able to enjoy the cake. I was wrong. They were wet, mushed, and thoroughly under cooked. What I assumed happened was that someone opened the freezer, turned on the only microwave they could give, and zapped these guys for a solid 10 seconds. Piss poor, as Gordon Ramsay would say.

Every time we order from here and instruct to leave it at the door and no need to call and the directions are always ignored and then our pizza gets cold because they refuse to just leave it until we go out
