We absolutely love this Firehouse location. We have been eating here multiple times a week, if not daily ever since the government furlough back in October. We always have modifications we have to the items we order and the firehouse crew knows us and our order by heart for the most part.
My three grandsons, twin 14 month old and a two and a half year old absolutely love coming to their Lola’s house after doctors appointments. They know we have their favorite meal of firehouse mac and cheese and a side of Meatballs waiting for them. They do not have Firehouse in Grants and the manager works with us to get an affordable side of meatballs for our grandsons. My daughter is in awe at how exhausted the boys are after spending the day with Lola and Grandpa. They eat and eat their meatballs and mac and cheese, play hard then go home and sleep through the night for her!
Y’all are absolutely amazing, that’s why we come back as often as we do! Keep up the great work!

The Cottonwood store in Albuquerque always prepares the best subs and the quality of both the customer service and the food is impeccable. Always a fantastic experience when I’m there. Foods always fresh and for a reasonable price!

I did a mobile order to pick up today. When I got here it was ready but wrong. I asked for no cheese or onions and there was cheese. Luckily I checked before leaving. They remade it for me but put onions in it this time. This is the 3rd time this has happened to me. The first time this happened to me I just picked it up and went back to work so I didn’t notice it had cheese until I bit into it. I called them and told them about it then they said they’d put my name down so I can get a free one later. The next time I came into redeem, they said they couldn’t find my name but still did give me what they owed. The second time I checked before leaving and now a third time. They used to be really good about it but the last 3 times they have messed up. Not sure how often I’ll continue to come.. or order online. It’s supposed to be convenient but end up having to wait for them to remake it. Very inconvenient and defeats the purpose of online ordering

So many different hot sauces available. My favorite was the Gator Sauce.

I have always enjoyed Firehouse Subs. Unfortunately this location was awful. Bread was stale and there was so much fat on the meat that the sandwich was not edible. Cold, greasy and no flavor. Will not go back.
