Just left here and to say it was disgusting is an understatement. While in line I noticed the complete filth in the back rice all over the counter top, up front every food in every direction. At the pay station food all over there as well. I thought maybe I was being harsh, they were busy for the first 10 minutes I was there. But once the crowd died down to no one many worker left and weren’t seen again. The chicken I got was so cold I was afraid of food poisoning so after a few bites I just ate some of the rice and was done. The cooks in the back were busy and stayed busy for even longer than the front but then left too. I don’t understand how a simple quick wipe down of the counter top couldn’t be achieved by a single worker there. Then I came to the reviews and wish I would have fore thought. Don’t apologize to your customers if you aren’t going to change things.

Beginning to think all Chipotle’s are a waste of time. Was simply trying to cash in my birthday coupon today and tried to order from here because the other location in Massillon messed up my order last time. Sat down to eat my food and my rice is completely missing. After spending my lunch break going back and forth with an AI bot their solution was a free drink next time… I didn’t even order a drink, if they’re replacing something it should certainly be food. Absolutely SICK of not being able to directly talk to the employees making the food.

I’d leave 0 stars if I could. Every time I come to this location I have issues. It started with mobile orders. And is now even in person. Nobody understands portions or the meaning of the words extra and light. I shouldn’t and won’t correct the person making my food because they don’t understand what simple words mean. Especially when I’m the only person that was in the line and ordering. I barely got steak on my half and half bowl. An over abundance of sour cream, and no extra cheese like I requested. And my fiancés bowl didn’t receive extra cheese and less than an ideal portion of steak also. Order number was 208. Does this picture look like light sour cream? I didn’t even get to watch the lady portion the sour cream as she had to grab more. And hearing that I said light sour cream, why would you put over the regular amount? I’m gonna have to find a new Chipotle to go to from now on.

Really REALLY disappointing to spend over $20 on a meal just to get home and have not even HALF the portions it should have been let alone not stored properly and they leaked all over the bag. There is LITERALLY 3 pieces of steak in my bowl. Yet I paid over $10 for mine

I do not recommend. First time in a long time getting chipotle. Picked up a quesadilla meal and burrito to take home 6 minutes away. One bite and it was literally the worst thing I’ve ever eaten. It was so dry and over cooked, asked for extra cheese and still only got a sprinkle which you wouldn’t even know it had any. Couldn’t even eat it. My son’s burrito was the size of my palm. Food is so over priced for what you get, $20+ down the tubes. Definitely will be going to Taco Bell instead.
