Never really sure when I see fast food get low reviews, especially a Subway where you control what they do to it. The place was clean, like spotless and the staff was kind and helpful. The sandwich was exactly as expected and what I wanted.

A young black girl and white girl working. Asked for extra cheese. She lumped the cheese together. I said I want the extra cheese on top…she replied thats not how we do it. I said thats how I want my sandwich. They didnt make it how I wanted . Looked at me like I was a inconvenience to them. I will not come back here. Nobody knows customer service at this place anymore.

Solid 4/5! The staff here is always friendly and provides great customer service, which really makes a difference. Service is quick and efficient, and the facility is always clean and well-kept. The food is fresh and consistent, making this one of the better Subway locations I’ve been to. Definitely a place I don’t mind coming back to.

Came with the family and ordered multiple subs. I saw the poster for the nachos, and they sure looked good. Order one to share. Boy, was I disappointed when they showed up. A small, tiny handful of chips, with very little on top. The chips were really, really stale, and didn’t have any flavor at all.
Subs were ok, but I would suggest that you don’t waste any money on these horrible nachos.

Bre is absolutely amazing!!! Hubby and I walk in and she says hello and asks what we’re having. I’m like wait us? There was a line in front of us! This chic is fast! It’s hard to enjoy a sub you asked to be toasted that comes out as almost a cold cut… and I ordered a steak and cheese… out of the toaster my food was still cold. Than the ladies behind the counter had an attitude when I asked them to toast again to heat it up and said “we already toasted it, like you asked”….. again my food was still cold… the service was below sub par, being ignored as I ordered for delivery drivers as they came in the door. The atmosphere non accepting, walking in the door with with 1 other patron in the door I was still only half heartedly greeted with a “whatchu want for bread, sir” as I approached the counter.

This is an ongoing issue with this location and I normally let it slide but today was ridiculous. Did an app order for two subs. Both were missing toppings. The first sub missing cucumbers and pickles, the 2nd missing tomatoes (which the first sub had on it so this isn’t a case of they were just out of a particular item) and what veggies were on the 2nd sub were minimal at best. THERE IS NO EXCUSE FOR GETTING THESE ORDERS WRONG! It is literally written down in plain English what does and does not go on a sub. I stopped ordering in person because the customer service in store was getting worse and worse but this is just unacceptable. I don’t see how the owner of this store can tolerate such laziness from staff.

There is a Subway 1/2 mile from my house but I drive all the way over to this one because Bree and Helen actually know how to build a money worthy sub sandwhich! Their customer service is always great! And they always have great attitudes! Wonderful job ladies!!
The food is always fresh and delicious too! You have a forever customer!

I visited this location today at 2pm on 7/21/25 and there was an elderly person, bald head(not sure if they are male or female) training a young hispanic woman. I am appalled at the way they treated her. I overheard them making snide, sarcastic, downright demeaning comments to her. I feel compelled to let Subway know that it is unacceptable to have a staff member treat a trainee that way. In addition, this staff member was incredibly rude to me as well, a customer. I asked for all of the veggies on my cold cut combo, and their response was something along the lines of “you want ALL these veggies?” to which I responded respectfully yes, my husband and I love your vegetables. He/She then proceeded to ANGRILY toss tiny little bite of the veggies onto my sandwich in a rude way, making snide comments here and there. I left the establishment feeling scared, sad, and confused for the employees. I will never return to this horrible place. I want to give a huge shoutout to the young hispanic woman who made my husband’s sandwich, she did an amazing job and was kind and professional (despite her hostile working environment). I also want to add that the food was very good, and had quality ingredients.

The team working lunch shift 4/21 did an outstanding job remaining professional while dealing with a difficult customer. This man was flat out rude and unpleasant from the moment i walked in and was behind him in line. He was rude to other customers and the staff. They remained professional and polite while handling the rush, training new staff and this customer. I commend their patience and ability to succeed in this situation. This was true professionalism. GM, you should be proud of your team!
Edit: the food was great as usual!
