The pizza is so good! The crust is delicious. The slices are big. The staff is super friendly.

So impressed!!!! Wow now THAT is a good pie. Old school. No droop. Super satisfied! Cheese was perfection. Thank you for this and “Delicious Pizza” is an understatement!

Ordered with Slice app. So far, it been an hour and a half wait time for pizza and mozzarella sticks. Called to get status, and I was answered with attitude. Spent 45 bux. They better taste like I’m on a whole other planet. Which still wouldn’t excuse long wait time and attitude
I’ll be back..

Sigh…I’ve gotta stop trying mozzarella sticks from places other than a bar/grill type restaurant. It’s never good. Look how fat the sticks are. Bland. The marinara sauce was soupy cuz they placed in the same bag as the sticks so its all melted. And even soupy, it should still have that sweet tanginess but this didn’t. Pizza was okay. Least it looked pretty

We had several pies, salad, gyro platter and desserts. Nothing special about the pizza. Gyro was not good, too dry! Desserts is average.

Their pie is huge. They are very generous with toppings, and the price is extremely reasonable. We ordered the pizza here by accident (there is another La Rosa in Metuchen), but the staff was nice. They waited for us to pick up and closed the restaurant late. It’s a personal preference but I wish they put BBQ sauce on the pie or provide it on the side. Parking is limited.

The food was delivered 30 minutes late and was cold. I called them but got no explanation, just a formal “sorry” – whatever that meant. They could have at least communicated the delay in delivery and made sure the food was at least warm. Huge disappointment.

The pizza was decent, nice sized slices, looked a bit on the old side tho. Hard to tell how long they’ve been sitting out. The Antipasto was a bit bland. Service was fast and the staff were friendly.

It’s a shame because I live around the corner and I will drive 10 minutes to another Pizzeria. Almost 5 dollars a slice for low quality/taste food. That’s a hard pass for me.

You try to support local places. I have gone once a week for close to a year. I get raw dough to make pizza at home with my wife.

Decided today to grab a slice. Love vegetation slices. Looked at the pie. They legit put stuff on an old pizza to sell. It looked gross. I can tell as you can see how toppings look made with the pie and what is thrown on top of an old dried out pie

Ok. Switch my choice. Green pepper and onion slice. The first slice basically was a plain slice. I was bewildered. I am pretty regular. Had to ask for a different slice which seemed to upset him.

The next slice was marginally better. I am being nice. $4.75 for a slice with like 5 very small pieces at best.

Give me my old school Italian joints, not this faux product. Not ever going back. Once I saw the recycled pie I knew this was my last trip.

Enjoy that $4.75 plain slice.

Do better
