I was disappointed with my recent visit to this chipotle. It was not clean or organized, and it did not meet basic hygiene standards. I hope they take steps to improve the cleanliness for future customers.

I had a very Unpleasant experience i walked in place drity wait time longer then normal. Rud service the steak looked like it been sitting there a long time the food was mixed in with other foods in the containers the portions they gave me were smaller then I have had. I went to go pay and my total was more then I have paid in the passed for the same thing and I said something I was told because I added corn and cheese and salsa um it says build ur own. Not sure what’s going on here very off and was uncomfortable I did tell them to keep it and lft with no food. Wont be back!!!

This was a pick up order. I ordered a large chips & guac. Got my guac home. It has an old brown layer. And it’s not even full. For the price, I’m feeling a bit ripped off. Per your pricing. I threw about $2 away that I could have spent on an overpriced beverage somewhere else It cannot be so busy. That your pre-loading these containers. Let alone wayyyyyy ahead of time, frugally. Ok, I’m done

Not the best experience. Not just once but a couple times just because I thought i’d give it another chance. #1 dont count on pickup orders. Asked for extra corns. I could even count the individual kernel on mine. Looks to be less than 10. Pathetic. I know they look at the orders, effort is killing here.
Service here is awful. You will find out at your own discretion. Perhaps it will be ok for one or two times. Good luck. If you’re the lucky person with good experiences here, good for you. Otherwise don’t waste time and go elsewhere, this place is disappointing.

Take the drive to Roger’s. I don’t typically leave bad reviews but we have gave this location about 20 times to “get better” and last night they had not enough staff to have the store open. We were in line for 45 minutes and when we got up to order they were out of most ingredients. They said they couldn’t pull food off the online order line because those people paid already. I watched the online ordering employee pull off our line many times…. What about waiting 45 minutes to order and pay? This is not acceptable. Ordered many times online but they always forget stuff, mainly the chips. Last night we left with no food. SAVE THE TIME AND HEAD TO OTHER LOCATIONS.

If you come here past 6pm expect the absolute worst most abysmal experience ever. They have already closed the drive through by then, which is ridiculous if you’re open until 11. My order is right about 10% of the time (crazy given the fact you’re just following instructions). Staff is disrespectful and will open the window with an airpod in their ear, having a conversation with their coworker and only half mindedly paying attention to you, or sometimes not even saying a word to you at all. The meat is either burnt to a crisp, or soggy like a piece of paper set in water. Coming here feels like a chore, not a convenience.

I love the chipotle bot. I tell them that I received really nasty old food that is probably going to make you sick and the bot just tells me they will let management know for future orders of other people? Yeah that’s not good enough. Give me my money back or give me a free burrito. how dismissive. chipotle your company sucks do better.

Your bowl at this location will contain half what other Chipotles serve in their portions. Incorrect ingredients on orders. Not growing pains from opening a new store – it’s been this way for months now. The newer, Monticello Chipotle isn’t doing this to customers.

We keep trying to give this St. Michael location a fair shot, but end up disappointed each time we go. When we order online and go through the Chipotlane, they can never seem to find our order. It always ends up being found, but only after 5-10 minutes of looking. It is never any error we make, but always theirs. Even when we go in to pick up the order, it still isn’t in the rack to get picked up, but somehow lost, and after employees search for it, they eventually find it. Food is never consistent, our big bag of chips were all burned today, we have gotten sick as a family after eating there, food portions are abysmal compared to the Rogers location, and the staff seem to care less about any of it. I tip every single time we go, and each time I have zero idea why I even leave one. At this point if the kinks aren’t worked out, I am not sure they ever will be.
