I have been going here at least 2 times a month for takeout today I ordered honey chicken combo . The food was old like it had been sitting out all day . If I wanted stuff off the buffet I would have ate the buffet. When you order food to go it’s suppose to be fresh . Will not eat here again . They knew that food was bad and placed it in my box anyway . If this is how you run your restaurant then I won’t no part of it .

Tried this place and was completely disappointed. Food options were so slim and limited. Asked the waitress if they were bringing out anymore lemon salmon on the buffet and she said “no we only cook one a night so when it’s gone its gone!)” Okay!!! Then the waitress only came to the table ONCE to refill a drink and never once took any dirty plates off our table. And the worst part of all we paid $55 for 5 people to eat and 3 of them were little kids! Absolutely ridiculous!!!!!

Tried to eat here with my mom and began eating when I noticed the plastic in my string beans (not only that but they were overdone) the wontons were too hard as well. Most food items were hard (including the desserts) and my mom’s chicken wasn’t done. I asked for a refund nicely and the guy who was in charge asked my mom how long we had been there and if she had eaten anything. She told him that she hadn’t touched her plate and he accused her of lying. She then got reasonably upset and his response was to basically throw my money at me (which I didn’t even get full price for) and tell me and my mom to get the f out of there.

Recommend ordering ahead and picking up. Owner was rude and rushes you when ordering at front. Quality of food Togo is overall better then from buffet.
