Oh my… …Yum!! I have not had a burger taste this good in Years! I had the Viking smoked beef brisket burger with crispy onion rings, and butter fried donuts for dessert, & Aleasha was an Amazing server, too.
This little gem is only found in one place along hwy 34 nestled in Red Oak, Iowa. It definetly was well worth the drive from Omaha, Ne…as I plan on going to it again soon.

We ordered the bbq chicken sandwich and the appetizer platter. All fried foods. And seemed like they came from a bag. Chicken sandwich was a disappointment. It was like maybe the same one they use for chicken fried steak. Not great. Service was great. Would go back to try other things. But not soon.

Ordered salmon tacos. Salmon was flavorless and seemed like it had been frozen a long time-very pale looking. Guac seemed like it was squeezed out of a tube. Tortillas had a very strange, almost spongy texture. Did not enjoy and would not recommend this entree.

This is one of the best eating options in Red Oak. The food is very good and plentiful. The full rack of ribs and two sides were outstanding! The next morning I had the country fried steak and eggs that were also very good. The service from Rocky was excellent!

Party of 10 made a reservation didn’t know who we were when we got there 6:30 left at 8:30. Just absolutely terrible. When a server is apologetic for slow service we sympathize but to just ignore us is unacceptable and no apology whatsoever for this night is just unacceptable. Nobody in our group was happy and none of us will be coming back. $30 5 once steak is wild.

The server. Is unattractive. My drink was empty for more than. 15 mins. She checked on my table 2 times. And that was it she gave her attention to another table. And getting her hair braided on the service floor.

I had the surf and turf, asparagus and Mac and cheese. They were out of tea so I had lemonade….the meal was filling and tasted just fine. Honestly I was so busy on my phone…I accidentally let it get cold…..which is definitely on me….but it was still good and I was full so I eas more than happy with my meal!

They have a salad bar now! I eat here at least once every time I’m visiting family in Red Oak. The food and service are always great! My faves are the Knockout Reuben, and the Caribbean Steak Salad.
