Sally Boy’s Pizza & Casual Eatery
Sally Boy’s offers a unique pizza experience with three distinct styles: Classic NY, Neapolitan, and Roman. Inspired by the best of New York and Italy, we perfected three unique dough recipes to create legendary pizza. Our Classic NY pizza is thin, crispy, and foldable. Our Neapolitan pizza features a bubbly, charred crust, cooked in our Fiori brick oven at 800 degrees. Our Roman Style, made with a high hydration dough and long fermentation, results in an airy, crunchy crust. Check out our full menu of appetizers, wings, salads, hot subs, entrees, and of course – legendary pizza! Quick service and a BYOB policy for a casual, enjoyable dining experience. Open late on weekends!

My wife and i just had a baby and I strolled into Sally boy’s because my wife had some cravings. I walked in and met Jeremy and he was kind and welcoming early on. The store is beautiful and even has a walk-up sidewalk counter! I told him why I was there and he offered me congratulations on the newborn and upon checkout, he gave me a delicious dessert for my wife as a gift and offered us many blessings. When I am in Red Bank I will always make sure I stop in to enjoy and support Sally’s and Jeremy’s success.

Mane as soon as I done walked in I felt welcomed. Staff was very helpful and respectful. I thought the place was kool vibe espeshully that we sat upstairs that was sweet. Only bad part was the food. My pizza was floppy and maybe even undercooked now that I think back on it. And everything else was just mildly good. Lemme stop myself tho. The wings were pretty good o gotta say. But that pizza wasn’t it.

Overall pizza has been good every time I went to the location, this time I wanted to try the cheese steak and boy I was lost for words, because this place has gone down hill . For the price i had paid , you’d think this would come with fries or some chips or a drink but I’ll be darned it did not. The taste was good , the bread was soft but overall that was it. Nothing out of this world for an out of this world price . Will most likely not come back. Jersey cheese steak

Best food to get for the following occasion: lunch treat, dinner party, late night, snacks. The pizza and the ambience are unparalleled. We tried the pepperoni, cheese, vodka, pepperoni with ricotta, and couple others. He was also able to put meatballs on one of the cheese slices, which was quite a treat. Overall, definitely check it out and the heat it up or you can take it home and blast it in the oven, you won’t be disappointed!
They have a monster calzone that is on our list next…(pictured below)
Also, the owner/manager Jeremy (i think)was phenomenal! He recommended a few slices ;asked us if we wanted corner slices – that’s when you know he really cares about what he does)!!

Sally Boy’s is New Jersey Pizza. The pics are mostly in the case but as we walked in , the had just come out of the oven.
Tracy , the girl behind the counter was an absolute delight. Friendly and inviting.
Pizza is perfect. Best pizza in Central Jersey.
Plus….who can say no to pepperoni stuffed garlic knots.

Perfect room for a casual group of 15 – 20. We had my daughter’s 14th birthday party here and Jeremy and Tracie could not be more welcoming and accommodating. They have a great space upstairs overlooking West Front Street with garage door windows that open up the space. They were easy going and let us arrange tables and decorate the space. The food was served family style- salads, meatballs, fries, pizza and drinks were all amazing. We brought our own desserts and the girls had a great time walking Red Bank after which they loved. Cost was very reasonable. Highly recommend!

I ordered what I thought would be a spinach roll, you know like a ln egg roll. Instead I got a spinach stromboli ooking thing. I also ordered the vodka sauce chicken sub. It was dry and the chicken had no flavor. Maybe this was a one off or maybe I should have just bought pizza instead, but those two items was definitely a miss.

Made the Journey from our Home in Manchester, NJ for “Pi Day” to visit Sally Boy’s Pizza on the Southeast corner of the Broad Street & East Front Street in Red Bank, NJ…
Both Kit and I decided on the Sally Boy Slice which is a 8″ Personal Pizza for $8.00, we each added 2 toppings which added $3.00 for each pie.
Kit had Bacon and Onions and I chose Pepperoni and Sausage…
The pie is cut into 4 slices, the dough has a pleasant taste but has a rubbery textured with a very significant New York Flop that was easily corrected with the New Jersey Fold…
The ingredients, cheese, sauce and the other toppings were Top Notch, the sauce was sweet with a little bite and the cheese was not greasy!!!
We decided to have something else to see how they tasted.
Kit had 4 Cheese, Rice Balls with very tasty Tomato Dipping Sauce…
I chose a Pepperoni Focaccia Slice.
The slice was more of a slice with substance and a pleasing taste…
I would recommend other’s to have a slice from under the glass reheated, it is a better bargain and more of a meal.
Will have to stop by again and order a larger – full size pizza to see how that compares with other pizza joint’s in the area.

I spotted the delectable looking trays with various pizzas from the restaurant windows as I was passing by and HAD to go inside and see for myself! The pies didn’t just look good, the smell of fresh baked pizza was mouth-watering! I ordered a slice of Bianca Pie with and housemade fresh mozzarella and a chicken Parmesan Roll to take back to PA. ☺️
