terrible health and safety protocol. cross contamination all over the place with the employee touching all of the deli meats and such and then digging her hands in all of the vegetables, cheeses, and breads and not switching gloves between any of it or between sandwhiches. waited way too long for a sandwhich and had to leave although i dont blame the employee for that because the location had one person working

Alyvia was very rude, did not greet us, acted as if we were an inconvenience as soon as we walked in. Dropped my pepperoni into the little trash bins and continued to put it back on my pizza. When I told her never mind she just said okay and threw it away. Didn’t apologize at all. Worst customer service I’ve ever received

Went into subway tonight. Two young ladies working, had just had a rush and were low on bread. Both so well mannered and polite, made sure to inform us what they were out of and offered other subway locations in town. We went ahead and ordered food from here for my kiddos. Love the tuna w/pepper Jack cheese,lettuce and tomatoes. Used to have them put honey mustard dressing on it but since they changed their menu they use a different dressing that I’m not a fan of. Just leave it off and it’s fine.

Employee wanted to argue with a customer/dasher and basically tried to clam that dasher was a lier in front of other guest definitely would never never recommend this place ever to anyone period. This employee needs to learn about customer service and customer relations. This place definitely needs to be shut down for good.

I told the gal making my sandwich I wanted oil and vinegar. If you put the vinegar on first the oil ends up in splotches and spots and tastes nasty. I had her add more vinegar which was also a mistake. I think next time I will have the person doing that remake my sandwich

The staff has always been pleasant. I go mid-afternoon when there aren’t many people and enjoy the relative quiet.
The only issue is that their equipment goes down surprisingly often. I have seen the toasting oven out of service a few times. There have also been a couple of instances when they could not accept debit cards.
