However they need to work on customer service; they can be a little rude; the way they talk to people will lose them business; especially the girl that answered the phone working overnight April the 4th. Food was hot & fresh. All of it . This review is coming from a pregnant woman. So this is my honest opinion . Also they added “my special request “ I put in the notes. Greatly appreciate it ! They forgot my drink but I just went back in and got it. Just check your order before you leave! Reading the reviews you should not get delivery ! Just a heads up .

This location stinks at delivery. The food is usually fine, if they can get it to you.
I have had my food delivered to the wrong address and then had the manager argue that I already got it. When they do get it to the correct address it has been out for delivery for an hour already.

Poor customer service. I called because I received wings fresh from the fridge. Sauced. Cold to the middle. Called the restaurant to report it and they hung up in my face. I’m a chef. I’ve worked for pizza hut before. The boneless wings are pre breaded not pre cooked. I was delivered raw boneless wings. Sauced!. Please be careful when doing business with this restaurant.

Poor customer service. Breaded wings was delivered to me cold., not cooked and cold. Literally uncooked. Delivered to me. I worked for pizza hut. The boneless breaded wings are not pre cooked. They are pre breaded. Definitely making a call to the health department.

As soon as you walk into the restaurant there is a bathroom. My daughter tried to use it but it was locked. No big deal. She can wait her turn.
An employee came out and wouldn’t let my daughter use the restroom. She’s 6. She was literally holding herself. She was dancing around. She had silent tears running down her face. She had to go so bad.
The employee refused. Said the bathroom was for employees only, even though there was no sign or indication of that.
We were paying customers. I begged her to just let my daughter use the bathroom.
She wouldn’t.
My daughter ended up having an accident on the way home before I could get to a gas station or anywhere else.
Picking up pizza turned into a traumatic event for my daughter and they should be really ashamed of themselves.
Absolutely heartless.
