I went through the drive thru this evening and ordered 2 whoppers with cheese and 2 medium fries. The worker shoved the bag out the window while saying you rule then shut the window before i could even get a thank you out. When I got home, neither whopper had cheese and they left the fries completely out of the bag. My receipt shows I paid for both. I tried calling the restaurant multiple times but they will not answer the phone so I guess I am just out about $9.

This morning around 2am. Ordered mobile. There was a VERY long wait. Perhaps the owner might consider having more employees on to lessen the wait time. There were 3 cars in front of us. But … The lady at the window was friendly and accommodating. Our food was hot. Made the way we ordered it. It was great to get fresh fixings and food so late. I wish other fast food restaurants would give us a great experience before breakfast. The competition should time cared as much as this store this morning.

Very excited they now have styrofoam cups. They don’t sweat all over the place when you set them down. They only come In medium though. Love their whoopers. The staff is always very friendly and the service is very good. During their busy times they push hard to keep the drive thru line flowing.

Ordered the fish sandwich combo about 2pm on a Saturday. It must have been at change of shift. Service was good. Fish was good. Fries could have been sitting for a bit. Lots of flys buzzing around inside, so, they obviously like it there.

I ordered a 12 piece mozzarella fries and an 8 piece chicken fries. I got my 12 piece mozzarella but got an 8 piece chicken nugget and when I told the young man that wasn’t what I ordered he said yes it was and bye. Also while I was waiting a girl on the chicken side was cussing saying the f word. I work in fast food as a general manager and I would never allow this to happen to a customer. I just took my order and left. I didn’t even eat the nuggets I just threw them away. Never have i had such rude customer service.

Went to try new Brisket bacon burger. They have removed blue slush need drink and left the sign on this visit. The so called brisket is like a low budget sloppy Joe over shredded pulled pork. Not making this mistake again trying something new.

Overnight shift at this Burger King is wear street clothes instead of uniforms. They are not making sure the order is correct of if the fries are fresh. The overnight manger got upset because we added food at the window. When the day shift managers or the store manayis there we do not ever have problems
