My husband and I order breakfast here about once a week. I have been getting the breakfast burrito minus the bacon or sausage because I’m a vegetarian. This morning hubby stated twice no bacon or sausage and I still got a burrito with bacon in it… He went back and got a replacement and the replacement had a piece of plastic wrapper in it… Will not be back. It goes without saying that non-food items don’t go in food…

The place was a mess! Service, though nice, was over 15 minutes inside. Food was cold and not good. Trash and food on the floor, both sides of the counter. Ketchup was out and staff informed though not addressed.

Hands down the best, freshest food I have ever had at any Wendy’s. The drive through is a bit strange but it makes it a unique experience. Staff was friendly and very quick. Will happily return again to this location.

Went through the drive-through and we ordered our food got the wrong order. Took 10 minutes for service and they didn’t accept cash and did not specify that through the drive through radio, food is good but service was terrible. The manager bumped into an employee and was being mean to them. do not recommend. They messed up our order twice and were overall acting like they didn’t want to be there. They also messed up the amount of money we paid.

Placed an order through an app. The restaurant couldn’t make half the order, but decided they didn’t need to tell me that until after the order was picked up. When I cancelled the order (because half of it was missing, so I didn’t want it at all), they still charged me $31 out of a $39 order.

I ordered two Dave’s Singles and three Biggie Bags. What I received was the two singles and only one of the Biggie Bag burgers, along with the sides for all three Biggie Bags. When I told the employee I was missing two burgers, she responded rudely and said, “OK, just give me all your food back then.”
I tried to explain that it didn’t make sense to remake the entire order when the only thing missing was the two burgers I already paid for. Instead of listening, she slammed the sliding window and went to get the manager. The employee clearly lacked emotional intelligence and basic communication skills, which made the situation more frustrating than it needed to be.
When the manager came to the window, she handled the situation well and professionally. She listened, understood the issue, and resolved it quickly without any unnecessary attitude or confusion. I appreciated her approach.
Overall, the manager’s professionalism stood out, but the initial interaction with the employee m who lacked emotional intelligence made the experience unnecessarily stressful.

I went on 11/6 around 6:10pm ordered a 10 piece spicy nugget they only gave me 7 nuggets, A son of a baconator meal which was $10 and it was not up to par at all had 1 piece of bacon sloppy and smashed, also ordered a Jr. Cheeseburger with let Tom onion and mayo it was okay besides the lettuce being so wilted and nasty I took it off. I’ve never had this horrible of an experience at a Wendy’s ever and to top it all off they did not have any straws for the beverages. Very disappointed.

If you like Wendy’s chilli go to a different location. I’ll never order it gain from this location. Beans in watered down tomato sauce and nothing else in it. One bite and straight to the garbage can. Sadly this is the second time this happen at the M Ferry location so it wasn’t a fluke the first time.

Charged me 1$ for 2 sauces when I ordered a whole combo lmfao, then proceeds to take the coffee off the burner before it’s done brewing and I let her know she can keep it brewing until it’s finished and she just kept pouring. Shitty service

Very rarely do you get an order right, and most of the time the food is ice cold. Ordered a burger combo with extra onions. All that was on it was cheese and onions. No ketchup, no pickle, nothing else. And it was cold. So we’re the fries. When you add extra onion, it means on top of what normally comes on the burger, just add extra onions. Wendys used to be the go to fast food, now they’re the square burger McDonald’s. The only thing they roast is people and other restaurants on Twitter, certainly not their food. Let me tell you, without the other stuff, their burgers taste horrible, especially cold.
